Hotel Heera Palace

We came from a long distance and also we wanted a good food, so we came this hotel, and the food came in time but the rice we don’t know how many days old was it also the mutton we took it was too old as it smells bad. After notifying this to waiter they took some sample after someone came who don’t behaving properly and the way of talking was so rude. Look by my perspective the waiter should listen what the customer are demanding. By my POV I’ll never suggest to have a dinner atleast not in this hotel .

It's a humble request friends pls do not go to this hotel..I ordered Chicken Mumtaza as a parcel and they gave me Chicken dabba gosht and after returning their order after an argument they gave me some tasteless gravy (also very spicy) and with 3-4 chicken pieces in full handi..pls do not visit that hotel..With a rating of more than 4 stars their taste is Garbage..!!! Disgusting

Very rude staff. They don't have the manners to talk. My friend and me visited this place 2 days ago, we just wanted to have dinner and DIDN'T want any drinks, still the hotel staff didn't allow us to sit in the food only section as we were only TWO boys. They wanted us to sit in the bar section of the hotel.

Hotel is facing towards the highway. Restaurant and Lodging facilities available. Seperate family section provided. Seperate wooden compartment are provided to each customer for dinner. Which is good for privacy. Food quality is good for non-vegetarian dishes. Where as food quality of vegetarian food is average in taste. Food as well as bar is available. There are many item's in the menu card. Due to which it is difficult to decide the menu. I have attached some part of menu card with this review. Hotel staff gives good service.
