Hotel Nisha Palace

Very low standard, unhygienic hotel. Lift was not working and for 2 days they were just saying that technician is coming. Bedsheets were not clean and were torn. There was hot water only for sometime. Rooms are not sound proof. Lot of vehicle noise from the highway. Most important, there were ants roaming all around the walls and even on the bed. When complained, the receptionist was not helpful, instead of solving the problem, he was saying you can complaint at Nisha lawns which is just behind that hotel.

Worst hotel experience with my complete family. We were in Ahmednagar for wedding and the host booked us this hotel as it was near to Nisha lawns. But I suggest you never ever book this hotel. Very non cooperative staff. Very bad response for everything. They don't even have lift working even for 4th floor. They don't provide you bedsheets on extra mattresses. They just try to harass you by any means. I really request you all to please don't come here for any purpose. It's my humble request. If anyone has any doubts they can feel free to contact me

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. RUN. I am rating them one because I don't have the option to rate them zero. One of the most horrible experience I ever had in any hotel in India by so far. Context - We booked 12 rooms for a marriage event. Problems - They informed us 4-5 days before that they can't give us two rooms without providing any reasons. They don't have working lift we had rooms on 4th floor, and when we requested the staff to get it solved. They just rudely denied that it can't be solved. Their ACs are not in working condition. And they don't even have remote for ACs. Rooms and bathroom are not clean. Gutka stains, paints peels falling, lots of insects in bathroom, cockroaches in rooms. When asked for extra mattress, they provided but without bedsheet. Said they don't have bedsheet. How come it's possible for a hotel to not have extra inventories of bedsheet? Hotels staffs are unwilling to provide bare minimum service. They shamelessly acknowledged that problems exist but won't try to solve it. Staffs are unprofessional, rude and lazy. No manager accepts responsibility and your concerns go unaddressed. Please go and book your hotel somewhere else. It's not worth to book a hotel despite it being near to Nisha lawns. Save yourself from terrible experience.

Last week we had in Ahmednagar, for Lunch we stopped here arround 2 or 3 in afternoon, it was very quite in that period. We ordered Surmai Deep fry, Chicken Chilly in starters, the food was very very very tasty, particularly the surmai was very delicious. For main course we ordered Chicken in Kala Masala and Red Masala (Black Masala Gravy and Red Masala Gravy) Both curries was superbly tasty, must try if in Nagar. Specifically like to mention the quantity is huge.
