Townhouse OAK Hotel Patiala House

the room service is extremely poor. The intercom is down and nobody's concerned. For everything you have to go down at least thrice to remind them. even for a bottle of water. There is a music ceremony going on just next to my room which is extremely extremely loud. We communicated 10 times but still they are not reducing the volume. our peaceful stay is completely disturbed. I had meetings and a lot to study. very much disappointed by the response of room service

Place is neat and clean, big and lavish rooms. Hot water available, hair dryer available, Wifi is not at all good as per business traveller, food service takes almost 30 min to reach room. Very slow room service, rest staff is supportive.

Nice place to stay in Ahmadnagar ..... rooms are nice ..... rates are moderate .....check in and check out timing 12.00pm ..... rooms service is nice ..... staff is co-operative ..... parking of two and four wheeler is available ..... on main road and near from highway ..... has got small hall for small functions ..... required some more cleanning attaintion and also cleanning of bathrooms ..... nice place to visit with friends and family

Rooms are good, loaded with all amenities but the service is not upto the mark. ||Untrained staff, enters rooms without knocking. No glasses, soaps provided at checkin, had to ask for it. Food was ok. Restaurant was not at all maintained. Needs improvement.

OK hotel for accommodation, breakfast and tea starts post 8 am, easy to locate hotel behind reliance trends shop on shridi Road in Savedi area. Approx 5 km from Maliwada bus station, Rikshaw are available to reach here. You can drive car a here too. Parking space is available, food is OK, staff is good, ambient in rooms are average. Hygiene is OK, online booking sometimes won't be entertained due to some business obligations.

Very unprofessional person at Reception. Basic amenities like water is chargeable. Did not clarified about Breakfast at the time of Check In. Later we were told it would be chargeable. There was no door mat at the bathroom entry. We had to ask for the same. Rooms are clean however felt that used bedsheet was used for making the bed.

1. Please rename it to 'Ghatiyala House' that suits as per the meaning. 2. They have solar system for hot water. If you go in rainy season please don't expect hot water. 3. If you want dinner please give order at lunch time only so that they will go to market and bring the groceries on time and serve dinner at night instead of next morning. 4. Before hotel booking they will say they have wifi but once you book hotel they will say the recharge is not done for wifi, will do in 10 min but that 10 min didn't complete till you check out.

Hotel is reporting 5* on make my trip, whereas it is not more than a old, dusty and mismanaged lodge. I had done booking through MakeMyTrip and forced to cancel on check in. Wrong and fake listings
