The blankets were old and of poor quality, and the mosquito repellent machine was filthy. Basic amenities like mini toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a handwash dispenser were missing, only soap bar was provided. The AC was excessively noisy, and the drinking water jar was dirty with no complimentary water bottles provided. The “complimentary” breakfast was disappointing. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, it felt more like a paid service. Food items we asked from menu, such as sandwiches and pav bhaji, were unavailable. No fruit juice or other beverages were offered, only tea or coffee was provided as options. Additionally, the staff initially refused to provide complimentary breakfast for our 3 year old child, asking us to purchase it separately. We had to request food for the child, which should have been offered proactively.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel during my one-day visit. It lacked even the most basic necessities one would expect. 1. **Room Conditions**: There was no water bottle provided, the bed wasn’t clean, and the bedsheets were of very low quality. The AC was chilling throughout the night, with no functional controls to adjust it. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with a broken water spray, no soap or handwash, and no room freshener to mask the unpleasant odor. 2. Breakfast Experience: Despite booking a package with breakfast included, the experience was equally unsatisfactory. The options were extremely limited, with only dosa and uttapam available. There were no beverages like juice or milk included, and if you chose anything outside of these limited options, you had to pay extra. Many items were unavailable, leaving us with hardly any choice. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel due to dirty pillows, a TV without a subscription plan, non-working Wi-Fi, and an unclean blanket. I also requested the hotel owner to check all necessary services in the room before offering it to customers. Overall, I am not happy with my stay.

The rooms are not upto the price, we booked a deluxe room but end up getting a average room, there were mosquitoes, also no clean toilets and bathroom. Bedsheets are dirty and having stains, Overall room service is good. But they should focus on cleanliness.

The rooms were too good. It is exactly as shown in images. Also, the service was on point. There is no single hotel incharge, they changes shifts time to time and provide fast service whenever needed. They also have their own hotel named as Waves. The look and feel of the hotel it good but the service is average, also the food taste is average with high costs, but the hygiene was very well maintained. Also, they provide food of that hotel to doorstep of room without ang external charges. Also, Alibaug beach and ferry bus stop, both are at 10 minutes walking distance from this place.

The hotel gave me a pleasant experience. They have good clean rooms. The staff is good. They help us in their possible way. The only thing that could be better is rules for asking id proof of all visiting members.

Very very minimal facilities, un hygienic wash room, even room also very dirty, facilities are to the least... This should be the last choice the people
