Had an amazing experience here. As opposed to small rooms, this was a complete apartment. The location is a bit tricky to get to buy the service was good. They have a playhouse on the top floor. You can enjoy TT, cards, billiards etc. Worth the money. Do take your own private vehicle for commute.

I really liked the stay, it was very peaceful and had most the required things. Parking was very good. Food options and the size of room has motivated us to come back here for a party with friends.

"Nice place for couples 💑 — they offer 1BHK-style apartments with a balcony 🌿. It's a good stay on a budget 💰. However, the property is inside an apartment complex and a bit away from the beach 🏖️. They are currently reconstructing and adding a swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ once it's done, we’d love to visit again! The staff is also good and very cooperative 🤝. Overall, a pleasant place to stay 😊."

Firstly, it's not a hotel, it's a legit residential property. Maybe the flats there are not sold, these guys used it for hotel purpose. The rooms are really sad, it's literally a 1BHK flat and they call it super deluxe and charge anything for it. Luckily I got a good deal via MMT otherwise these guys charge around 2.3 to 2.5k for a flat. I mean who needs a flat on vacation? People expect a nice cozy room with good room service. Walls had lipstick and makeup stains. The bedding had stains. The towels were dard brown, I can only imagine of they were washed. 8ndustry standard are white towels. They only provided 1 ltr water bottle for our 2 day stay. Parking is an issue. Location is way too secluded and is haunting. No lights on the road, abandoned buildings nearby. This property also is spooky, did not get a good energy here. It was weirdly quiet. Could not get a good sleep. Also, while checking out, the host literally forced us to give a review and then gave a 10% discount voucher for next visit. That's clearly not happening. And maybe that is why they have a good rating. But trust me, DONT GO HERE,! On MMT it's mentioned the property is closer to beach, but it's not close to anything. The beaches are atleast 5kms away. Main road is itself 3kms away from this property. The road leading here is also not good. It's like the property was abandoned and since these guys took over, they try hard to maintain it. Please avoid. A homestay in alibag is better than this one anyday.

We were total 8 peoples and we have booked 3 deluxe rooms. It was a really good experience at Acons. Staff and the managers at reception were very generous and cooperative. Game zone and quality of rooms is USP of this resort. Recommended💯

Good and clean rooms. Good host. I have stayed here quite a few times and it's a cost friendly and a neat and clean stay. The area is quiet and peaceful. The service is quite slow but that's okay. They give facilities like pool and carrom and chess.

Excellent service and staffs are too good and very helpful. Thanks for the rental bike too, that helped us to visit all the nearby places with ease.|Thanks for everything nd aall the help provided by yoh and your staff during our stay.
