Hotel Ravi Kiran

Don't visit this cockroach infested hotel! Ravi Kiran alibaug now has literally gone to the dogs, and cockroaches. The property is in hands of defunct management who don't understand basics of hospitality. Inspite of telling housekeeping to clean the room properly, imagine the horror that when we entered the room there were cockroaches all around on sofa and table. Even the glasses were filled with tiny ones which was so disgusting! This made me reduce my stay from 2 nights to 1 night and the manager at reception desk was so casual about the incident like it is an everyday scenario. Bad attitude and mediocre food, deplorable hygiene at exorbitant 4 star rates. Avoid like hell!

Old hotel. Rooms r not clean and stinking. Bed sheets have not even changed in a decade. The location is good. Main road touch, so easy to find out. Parking is available. Breakfast was good. Rates are higher compared to quality of hotel.

very bad ..we recently visit on 08 September 2024.we paid for breakfast, but hotel person does not serve breakfast.||hotel receptionist also very Rudi. Not smiling also.||Also, pool is very duty. Not clean also. room intercom was not working for 202. food also not testy which we order on night.

Big rooms with affordable rate. The pool is nice and clean with a slide. The behaviour of the staffs is good. The location is also good - very near to Varsoli beach. The food is cheap and tasty.

The hotel room was really good for relaxation. Very safe place. The food was tasty and on budget. The staff behaviour was polite and gentle. Also, they provide complimentary breakfast which is the cherry on top. Note: Walking distance from the main auto stand is 15 min.

Worst hotel ....lots of mosquito in restaurant...when asked , management told that their are mosquito in whole alibaug...no initiated taken...Rude reception behaviour.....should ban this type of hotel.Will not recommended to visit.

First of all i would like to give Review for this Hotel is, that we always heard that Hotel Manager should be Smart, Intelligent and lead from Front so we win half of the Battle. and here i can say that the Manager itself has given a Top Notch Service, he is Smart, Intelligent, Genuine, Respectful Speaks with immense Respect to everybody, a Single Women (Girl) is safe in this Hotel. A very Courtesy, Down to Earth Staff, with Continue Support and service with whatever Requirement u want. All are Soft Spoken and ready to Help always They have Very Clean and Nice Rooms A very good Atmosphere near the Hotel, We experienced a Chilled Wheather as this Hotel is at very good Area Foods are Yummiest whichever Item you Order, that too so Budgeted and reasonable rates with Fresh Food. The Huge Swimming Pool is the Highlight of this Hotel Thank you very much for your Hospitality, see u again in Future
