We have change frm Room no 401 to 402,due to ac nt working proper.but ac in that room also nt working, when we ask staff , it will work, tv channel no signal ,when we ask staff they say recharge we will do.in night .before booking plz see personaly room,then only pay MONEY ,it's very sad,to see this kind of service,BUT next day again they change our room and given other room no 405, in that AC and TV WORKING PROPER, HOTEL GARDEN LAWN IS WORTH FR FAMILY AND PET to PLAY,

Worst Resort ever visited.Unhygienic and dirty pool and when told to clean they told it's chemical. Poor Room service and food they make false promises just to make you book.

A very family friendly resort. I just love to go there always whenever I will plan for alibaug. Best stay best food just love the vibe love the staff.

Likes: Huge Garden Lawn, Swimming Pool, Affordable rates (in Dec-21 I paid Rs. 2000/Night) Dislikes: Housekeeping was not so good, No complimentary drinking water, Free Breakfast was not so good and time bounded, Room service not good, One worst thing is that- when you order food in room and leave the empty plates outside the room---street dogs licking those empty plates....which is not desirable. Some one to collect these plate immediately without waiting for morning! One more thing Staff is not so clean.

Over-all great place to stay. A bit away from main road. Food quality was good, but kitchen got closed in mid of our dining. Had to request them for more food. Pool was not clean, but it was probably due to rain. Rooms were good.

Denied check in at the entrance demanded more money claiming there is a technical issue and the cost of the hotel displayed online is not correct. We had already made advance payment and this is not a way to treat a customer at all. Denied wifi availability at property despite of clear mention of the same at Goibibo and MMT. pathetic experience. Book at your own risk.

Sahyadri Hotel is an awesome place to stay in Alibaug. Amazing staff and very helpful manager. Very hygienic room, peaceful garden area with swimming pool. At first we didn't know what to expect but when we reached here and saw everything (the service, place, food) we were so glad we booked this place and now we would always like to come here for our every visit to Alibaug. The food was the best part of our stay, it's so delicious you can't resist. If you decide to stay in this place you must taste their food. Totally worth every penny spent.

Basically they are just here to scam the guest, and let me tell you how they are doing it once you book their hotel from MMT , GOIBIBO and other websites and you go there at reception they ask for more money excuse they give because of low teriff - if we have confirmed booking number from MMT why we should suffer your lack of coordination. So unprofessional no room wifi even after mentioned on website - electricity problem go for 3-4 hours. Location is pathetic last corner of the village. Never ever experience such a drastic experience.
