Ocean Suites Hotel

One of the worst hotel I ever booked.. None of their staffs is responsible. There was a old man sitting over the reception and made my day hell.. I nearly waited for more than a hour to get a room which I booked online. Same at the time of vacating he doesn't know to operate computer too.. Even the room were smelling bad. Also the receptionist old man told me will be sending my invoice after I was standing at their desk for an hour getting late for my flight.. I wrote them the invoice details he got in a chit paper and forget to send me the invoice. Then when I called to the hotel Mr. Krishna and Mr. Raj Gupta were saying they won't give bills for the stay.. Rude managers. Never even think to stay in this hotel any further.. they will cheat you.. Worst stay experience ever..

I have sent cake for my brother to hotel day before on his Birthday, and asked multiple time staff at hotel to deliver to my brother room at mid night as a suprise , firstly they forgot to send it , after multiple follow ups , they told me lie , that they have delivered in midnight which they DID NOT , they did in morning after multiple follow up and spoiling the surprise and they also told me let us check on to it and revert back ever since no reply , very bad experience. VERY BAD SERVICE.
