Very disappointing experience at Hotel Peninsula. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable. The overall service quality was poor and far below expectations for any decent hotel. ➡️ Rooms: The rooms were in a pathetic condition. They were smelly, poorly maintained, and lacked basic cleanliness. The shower head was broken, there was water leakage in the bathroom, and worst of all — there was no hot water available during my stay. ➡️ Meeting Halls: We had a business meeting scheduled, and the experience was equally frustrating. At times, the AC was completely off making the hall suffocating, and when it did work, it was set to freezing temperatures with no regulation — making it uncomfortable for everyone. ➡️ Overall Service: The staff seemed indifferent to complaints and did not make any efforts to address the issues we raised. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone — whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. There are far better options available nearby. Definitely not worth the money.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this hotel has zero regard for basic hospitality or professionalism. The front desk staff was disorganized, rude, and shockingly untrained. It took over an hour to check in, and they managed to get my reservation wrong – despite having a confirmation email. The room was filthy: stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, and a stench that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I requested housekeeping and was told they “don’t do room cleaning every day,” but no one came the entire stay. When I brought up these concerns, the manager not only dismissed me but was condescending and unapologetic. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their priority list. The management is a joke – unresponsive, defensive, and completely incapable of resolving even the most basic issues. It's shocking that this place is still in business. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risk – stay literally anywhere else.

Had one of the worst experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The Ac stopped working in the middle of the night and they had no backup plan. Further, the quality of the food was not upto the standard expected from 4-stars. Overall my experience was very bad during my stay at this hotel.

Will not disclose name of my company due to policy Worst place to do corporate meeting or any event. Once you pay the hotel they will not honour there commitment. Today on 02/08/2025 we did corporate meeting for the department of 144 employees though having one of the biggest premises to do meetings in corporate. Choose Peninsula for better understanding of employee. As soon as we paid bill for entire employees which include HI Tea From 04:00 pm to 06:30 pm which was already mailed & decided so at 04:00 pm our odd 40 employees were having hi tea and snacks as many came beyond mumbai limit where in middle hotel managers as Harish and Manoj told high tea time is completed at 04:20 Pm and no one in industry gives Hi Tea for more then 20 - 30 minutes (manager was also having schedule mail for the said hi tea time) then too he dishonoured commitment. I also told them to give promoters contact & mail ID but they didnt gave stating promoter doesnt talk to us everyday & boss contact is not provided Service part was worst as after every 20 minutes food use to get finish and refill use to take 30 minutes so many of them disnt even have proper breakfast, dinner and hi-tea Employees left without eating and as per hotel policy entire amount to be paid in advance so we already paid entire amount for 144 Nos of employees and thereafter hotel staff said now everything is finished even after giving feedback to hotel that service is slow we didnt had properly in breakfast & lunch and then i. Hi-tea staff was crual insulting us and also on food which didnt fulfilled our hunger. This is what Hotel Lime Peninsula works ??? One of staff (cleaner) said they have done thisany times with guests. Mr Satish Shetty and Other Promoters associated with Hotel afte your 1st success with Hotel Peninsula at Sion you were blessed with expansion but now you have cheated same people who were well wisher to your hotel and kept event, meeting etc in your hotel. Also as Hindu insulted Annapurna as people were left hungry As a customer we have understood that its like a donation to Hotel Peninsula for 144 Nos of people were given some handful of food but now emotionally we will not accept your attitude & crualty though once we shared good relations with you after you started 2nd restaurent at sion circle

Worst room service ever. I have asked for extra raita for biryani and the guy told sir vo biryani ke liye itni quantity milti he 😂 and the quantity was very less. When i told room dinning guy ki sir ab to extra bhej do then he is doing argument as he has a god father backing him. Eventually i ended up with that small raita and biryani which can be served to 3 people with small raita😂🤣. Peninsula hotel please teach your guys how to talk with customer when you are in hospitality industry. Even i am in hospitality industry and i was talking very humbly to that dining guy and what he was doing just argument that he is right instead of sending only one extra raita he did all this raita 😂 that's why i am writing this feedback on review and i frequently come to this hotel in every month and every time i face this but today it got into my nerves and i decided to write about it. Thank you

Was here for breakfast. The buffet menu has a wide choice of assorted savouries. Though I was running late than the allotted buffet hours, but Mr. Jagdish (The Restaurant Manager) was very helpful and courteous to run thr buffet for us.

Been here for a class. Stayed here for 5 days. Very poor customer service and food is just average. The staffs at the reception are very unprofessional & rude and they don’t care if the customer is waiting for the room for hours. Overall very poor service. I have been a part of many companies and stayed at many restaurants. This is the first time i am recieving such a bad facilities and services.
