Bharat Avenue 3 Star Hotel Andheri

Location of hotel is good but service is very bad. Receptionist is very rude and he behaves as if customers are staying for free. I have been regularly coming to this hotel as company arranges my stay here but it is one of the worst properties that I have ever been to. Owner should ask hotel's staff to be polite and well behaved. I had another zero star experience with Bharat Avenue. My company had booked early check-in at hotel as I was arriving by 7 AM but reception asked me to wait till 9 AM. I was asked to sit on a chair as waiting area was under renovation. Moreover, receptionists are rude and not even ready to acknowledge that they should have confirmed their incapability beforehand.

It was a decent stay. It's a 1bhk room that you get for a deluxe room. Don't expect any posh rooms. Building seems to be bit old so likewise you could see cracks and stains on wall. Given towels had bad odour as well. Overall an adjustable place to stay.

Would have given no star if I could. It's been my worst stay at any hotel. The room didn't even have enough lights; it was so dim and the TV didn't work properly. The food was of the lowest quality I have ever tasted. Every service and everything in the room and food was so cheap. The staff displayed rude behavior. I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

Pathetic hotel , price is like you are staying on beach resort and rooms is congested for 2 people and , almost repeated breakfast for all the days. Service is neutral 😐

Easy to discover Supportive staff. Treated well from star to end. One suggestion is Need to separately kitchen tools for cooking and serving to the Guest. We avoided food due to this inside. Thank you

Since long i was planning to stay here but couldn't get chance but this time i booked this hotel. Hotel is on main road. It looks like apartment. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean. It was spacious room. With basic amenities. Service is excellent. Food is good. I had breakfast included so got my breakfast in my room. Overall it was nice experience.
