The hotel is relatively new. Rooms are clean and staff are courteous, cheerful and accomodative (any time of the day). Breakfast was also decent, although the buffet spread was limited. Hotel is recommended for family stay.

Room service was satisfactory.. What bothered me the most was the restaurant service... We ordered one veg biryani and one mutton biryani... The horrifying thing was that veg biryani had chicken pieces into it..which was not at all acceptable...i tried to contact the manager..but no one bothered to give proper explanation as to how such a big mistake occurred in their hotel.. Also after repetitive calls to clear the user plates from the room... nobody turned up...till we checked out... Very unprofessional behaviour... Think twice before dining here..

I was going to give it 3 stars until we finished our food, when we ordered fingerbowls the waiter casually said we don't offer that service but then I noticed that the hotel staff provided other tables with Fingerbowls, by this time half of my people had already washed their hands in the washrooms basin, by this point I felt infuriated by this biased behaviour. After calling the manager I asked him if you offered fingerbowls when he said yes, I asked him to bring the 3 bowls, but by the time it got to us only one bowl was required. Honestly even the food except the tandoor were substandard. Most of the staff was helpfull but because of some not very helpfull and unnerving staff members I am giving it 1 star.

Very polite hotel staff. I enjoyed my stay, rooms were good.even the food is nice.||However I want to appreciate the professionalism of front desk person Aditya.|At night 12:00 he supported me with invoice copy which was almost an year old. That too in no time.

*1/5 - Disappointing Experience: Overpriced, Poor Food, and Uncooperative Staff I would give -10 if had option I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The hospitality was lacking, the food was subpar, and the prices were exorbitant. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was a major letdown. The menu was limited, confusion and the dishes we ordered were overpriced and poorly prepared. (Cheese grilled sandwich without cheese without grilled with 2plain slices coffe without sugra and Coffe,Thurmas was smelly The quality of the ingredients was clearly not a priority, and the presentation was unappetizing. Later on order fish thali which is unhygienic prepaerd stale food fish 🐟 was not cleaned and masala was very bad to smell we got food poison after 1hour of food. To make matters worse, when we tried to check in 5hours out and request a refund for the substandard food and service, the hotel staff was uncooperative and refused to provide any compensation. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The prices are too high, the food is bad, and the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I recently went to Jagg's inn and was looking forward to enjoying the on-site dining. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant delays in food service. After placing our order at the restaurant, we were told it would take about 15 minutes, which we thought was reasonable. However, we ended up waiting over an nearly hour for our meals to arrive. There seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff, and multiple inquiries to our server yielded little information about the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was tasty, but the long wait had dampened our enthusiasm. While the hotel itself was nice, the dining experience left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their service efficiency in the future.

Hotel services was very bad. They even don't have most of the dishes marked in menu card. Only 4to 6 table available. Ambience is very bad.

This was my 6th visit and I like the ambiance most. Cool breeze wonderful dinner menu, hygienic food, quick service, good quality of food are some of excellent qualities here. Waiters Rushi and Maya are on the toes always and ready to help you. They also suggest good food it items. Love this place always whenever I visits my farm house.
