Staying in room no.203 Room is infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Hot water issues in bathroom. Cheap toiletries and packaged drinking water. Eating in their restaurant is a wait of eternity. . Worst property. Worst service. Don't even eat in their restaurant. They will not take less than 1 hr to deliver your food to your table.

Worthless service and staff of this hotel. They are always confused and do not know anything. Had two major issues - 1) in spite of telling them to clean the room when I am out during the day, they did not clean the room. Worst when we went out for dinner and requested them to clean the room, then even they did not do so. When u are staying in a hotel for 4 days, the least you would expect is that they clean the room at least once a day. The same was repeated again two days later. 2) the restaurant was overcharging for food. When we pointed out they said they will correct during checkout. We informed the same to the reception. During checkout they are again comparing the rates with the menu and showing us those items which were correctly charged. Worst when I called the manager, he was unemphathetic and stated they would sort it out. All this led to a 30 mins waste of time and multiple arguing with the staff. Never ever book this hotel.

It's a very old construction. As very few people come here so the quality of food n service is not upto the mark. This is a good option for large groups as you will most likely have the whole resort to yourself. It is close to the sightseeing points so that's a plus. And the massage service was great 👍

Very nice resort we went there along with family entire staff is very friendly and professional,...also sayaji group is taking care of resort ...keep it up
