Collection O 85518 Hotel Gulab Paradise

Visited today along with office colleagues. Very very worst and pathetic experience ever had in my life...Hotel Manager and Owner of the hotel fight with us and threatened us if we will not pay the fine. They will take us to police station. and they have charged extra amount for late check-out. Firstly they do not intimate about check-out timings and they are fooling and lootyfing customers on the name of late check-out... Horrible service very bad experience.. Would not recommended any of my family or friends to visit there Again... Just sharing my experience... They have also done scam in the Billings... Note : there was also my mistake wherein I didn't read the terms & conditions of hotel... Staff don't have courtesy to inform their guest about the check out time... Which every hotel do they inform half n hour prior before check-out.. They only think about business not about customer service... Just take that fine as donation to build your empire!!! Keep growing... Best of luck and thank you so much Gulab Paradise for providing such horrible experience...

The stay was superb Service Staff also Very Helping.When you want enjoy the nature with mountains and climate so go with family there.Front Desk Staff also very helpful the food was delicious Overall All Good.

A good and peaceful place to stay. Away from the crowded places of lonawala. Good and prompt responses from staff, clean rooms and Toilets.. open space view from the rooms. In house food was ok. Limited options . We preferred Veg food over non veg. Room service was a bit delayed. This needs improvement. Over all experience was a happy one.

Very good hotel. Rooms were very good. It's near Wet n joy. Service is too good. Washrooms are also good. Only issue is u don't get variety of food available but they make it available when asked or give other options. Overall it's too good and budget friendly. Pool was also clean.

Staff not polite. Food was not at all good. Ambience and cleanliness not upto mark as compared to other resorts in the area.

Positives - 1. Neat and clean 2. Reasonably priced. 3. Spacious rooms 4. Equipped with well maintained swimming pool. 5. Good food. Especially maharashtrian dishes have home like taste. They bring fresh vegetables and meat for non veg. Do not use color or soda in food. 6. Each room has a Tatasky enabled TV. 7. Well illuminated interior and campus. Negatives 1. Swimming pool is not very big. 2. TV in our room had a slight audio problem. But since we are not much into watching TV when on vacation, we did not bother to complain. My friend had an issue with Tv, the management immediately gave them a new room.

They have open car parking. I parked my car and went for sleep. Next day when I Left for Wet n joy water park and parked my car there , I saw my car is damaged. Someone banged my car from back and car left portion is also dented. When I called the hotel, they simply denied of that incident, even though I came to know that they knew about the incident. They said that they checked CCTV camera and nothing of that sort found. They denied because the guy or the group of people who did it are Hotel owners friends. Then I again went back to the hotel parking and found the car which bumped my car. It was Audi car whose picture I will post here. Tail lamp of that car is also broken and rear portion got damaged. The group of 8 to 9 people were sitting and having hard drinks in open area with very loud sound box they have put. It was really awkward the way they were openly drinking in front of Hotel. They were having 2 cars, one BMW and one Audi. They bumped my car while reversing the car after drinking. We took our family with 2 kids aged of only One year and caught the person showing him the broken glass of Audi car near my car. Then they started shouting and using bad languages. They were really arrogant while talking and always insisted us to go Local police station in Lonavala and FIR there. They were so confident that Police will not take our complaint and instead harass us as they already have good contact and bribe the police. They were also showcasing their power as they are Big Contractors and they are connected with Film industry and Directors. We were all alone and without any error from our side, we had to tolerate them and they spoiled our vacation plan. I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel at all. This incident may happen with others as the group keep coming often there and make others life miserable. I will make sure none of my friends or relatives visit this hotel, better if you want to stay, stay in Lonavala city hotels. This hotel is 6 km outside Lonavala city. Please stay away from this Hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation. Thank you for bearing and hope this will never happen with others.

Good Rooms, Washroom was clean.. Only problem is if you coming by Lonavala Rly Stn. then its bit far away. Food was average, Stick to veg i would say. Rooms were neat n clean also washroom was tidy. Overall good experience
