The worst hotel stay ever. the staff is rude , the tall thin guy named sunny and the owner did not have manners to speak, they gave us one room where the ac did not work, shifted to another where there were separate beds, even after booking the room they did not manage to keep a room ready when we checked in, had already informed that we will be checking in late and they blame us for checkin late. And finally they gave us a room which was not at all like the pictures. Average room condition with high price. Rooms and Pillows had a bad smell.Cupboard was not at all in the condition to keep anything. experience is worst I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing is the location, its near to railway station.

The entire hotel smells very bad. The main door, bathroom door, bathroom sink and lights are broken. Bed is dirty and room also smells bad. When we complained , the response was “that is best room you have got”. We had booked room with breakfast, but breakfast is not available at the Hotel. Even though we had paid for breakfast, we had to go outside for breakfast. There is no refund option available otherwise we would left the hotel. I ask for the refund and delist hotel from MMT.

Very very old hotel, we paid for breakfast also but they didn't accepted, if you want to shoot any vintage movie please check this hotel lift.. it's not very easy to operate also.. good reception guys and one girl except them all are money minded no good service..

Room were pathetic not like shown on websites. Not clean at all. Too dirty and not maintained rooms. Only Lonavala station is nearby. Will never advice this hotel.

Room was infested with cockroaches and there visible dampness all over the walls. Wires were coming out of switch board.

Its near to lonavala railway station .this is the only best of this hotel ...its very old hotel and they renovated it ...there is no breakfast here but u can order from out ....

It is a very nice property near Lonavala Railway station. Room was decent and cozy for friends and party purposes. Staff is very friendly and supporting
