Citrus Hotel Lonavala

Located conveniently. Rooms are decent and quite clean. I came in very late and needed a place to crash. Was good for it. Ordered room service and while it was delayed, the taste was good. Only 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. Room had a musty smell like it was closed for a really long time. 2. Wifi is completely and absolutely unusable. It throttled too much and when it worked it basically had 2g speeds.

We recently stayed in Citrus Hotel Lonavala. It’s a 4 star hotel located close to the Lonavala market and has an easy access to all the local attractions. We had booked a Deluxe Category room. Room was quite spacious with all the modern amenities. As it was a big room, it was a comfortable stay for the three of us sharing it. Room service and housekeeping was very prompt. Our room did not have any view, it overlooked another building. Also the room requires a little refurbishing. Bathroom and bath amenities were up-to-date. We did not face any issue with hot shower. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and they had an eye for detailing. They have live music night every weekend. At night the property looked even better. Pros : Pricing, Big room, Good Food, Attentive Staff, Cons : A little refurbishment would do wonders !

Good ambience, good food, room was nice and clean with all amenities. Location is near to main road but quiet. Ample car parking is available. Service was very good. Negative - Adjacent rooms are interconnected with locked door, causes lot of disturbance of neighboring customer's noise and loud speaking.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Open and green surroundings. Ideal for those who wish to be connected to nature. Excellent location. Very close to Railway Station and Bus Stand

Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.The staff was so friendly and helpful.Food was fantastic and of excellent quality. We enjoyed other facilities like swimming pool, indoor games.The room was clean with essentials. We would definitely visit again.

This place is amazing. All the staff here is excellent. From Receptionists to Room cleaners, security guard, chefs, all staff is excellent. All our problems were resolved in literally 5 mins. All the staff here is available to help you for 24 x 7. Rooms are not 5 star but 4 stars, but because of the services and behaviour of staff, I highly recommended this hotel to everyone looking out for stay in Lonavala. Just amazing.. The only thing to improve is in breakfast items... Except everything is just Wow

Fantastic Stay! I had an amazing experience at Citrus hotel lonavala. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful, and the on-site dining was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Truly a five-star experience! Mr. Mohammad Shadab hussain was very co operative and humble .
