Hotel Planet Four

Everything was good in this price point. The washroom fittings were brand new and nicely maintained. There was stale air in our room, staff quickly brought a standing fan and set it as an exhaust near window and in 5 mins we had a fresh room. It's right in the center of lonavala market and also has enough parking space which was a great relief.

Location is very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Must visit place. As we are visited for Anniversary celebration they had done best decoration and arrangement. Thank you.

I have stayed for 1 night on 15th September. It is located in the middle of the market and right next to the bus stop and restaurants. The room was spacious and tidy. Bathroom was neat. The bedsheets and towels were clean. They also have an in-house kitchen. Overall I had a very good experience with the hotel considering the budget. If I'd visit Lonavala again, I will stay in this hotel only.

While coming i talked to reception they said the room is available but when we reached here they said you have to wait here until another guest checkout Faaltu service

Centrally located on old Mumbai Pune Highway. Very reasonably priced with minimal breakfast. Rooms are spacious that could a bit more on cleaning Staff is polite and courteous. They insist on cancelling the booking, if made through booking apps to retain their commission.

The hotel staff are decent and courteous. The rooms are also quite comfortable. However, the cleaning and maintenance could be improved a lot. The complimentary breakfast does not have many options, it is limited to only 4-5 items. Our experience was not terrible, but the hotel management should work on the challenging aspects mentioned to stay in this tough competition league.
