Hotel Kantara Lonavala

The hotel has: 1.Great rooms. 2. The view from the front is pleasent(as my room was on the front side) 3.The rooms are spacious and clean. 4. The bathrooms are huge as well and hot water 24/7 5. The pool is accessible 6. The surroundings of the hotel are quite so it's peaceful to just stay inside and watch out of the window Nice experience overall.

Very very worst hotel it is, before booking they sepak well, at time of checkin completely different. Staff are very worst with bad manners. They dont respect customers at all. SULTANA is very arrogant she dont listen to customer words at all, she demand or order customer instead of being polite. She charged for drinking water also. They chargee extra amount for kids. Whole staff are vert indecent they smoke infront of client rooms. If we ask also they dont take into consideration. Definitely i wont recommend this hotel to anyone either family or individual this hotel. Breakfast timing after 9am that too only bread butter jam. Entrance is verg dirty bedsheets blankets, pillows are very unhygienic. Restroom is good thats it. Other than that evrything is at fault.. People please dont ever stay in this worst hotel i highly dont recommend this hotel.

Highly Disappointed!! The staffs are really unprofessionals (Sultana). Few are kids working there. Untidy ambience. Pool unhygienic, not a place I will recommend to anyone, especially not for family.

The owner of the hotel is very rude .. hotel staff is very good and caring but the lady owner behaves very badly if you take rooms then you have to compulsorily take food from their kitchen and the vegetable cost is 300gram in 500 rupees . We didn’t take dinner from there so she behaves very much bad with us . I will give only one star for their staff not for the hotel or the owner.

The hotel was very much costly and we can't take outside food in hotel they are having their own restaurant we have to eat dinner from there compulsory and we haven't eat food from there so she behaves very badly with us . The owner of the hotel is very rude. But the staff was much helpful .
