We are Staying here in room 133 and it was a great room. We enjoyed here wedding. Good Hospitality and specially Service provided by Mr.Aryan. He is good in everything. As long as you don't take a "City View" side room (which essentially is facing a swarm and some make-shift factory which produces strong odour and insects, so you can't open the door of the gallery), this hotel is nice. One of the few hotels I've been to with Jacuzzi in the same price range. Food spread was nice and food was tasty. Staff was cooperative. Can be more meticulous though - I don't understand why the slippers or shampoo bottles were not kept and we had to call and wait for them to provide it. Location is very convenient, there's an amusement park on the one side and Mapro garden on another side. Ambience of the pool and terrace should be improved with lighting, especially post evening swimming pool looks quite shady.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel..pretty disappointed after spending good amount.. Pros Breakfast Food was good. Staff was supportive.. Hotel food was slightly expensive but limited options and lesser quantity.. Cons Overall rooms and outside area was slightly unclean.. The modest swimming pool was overflowing for some reason.. The rooms are small The room balconies dont have chairs.. Only one chair was in room. Water bottles given in room are not mineral water but some restaurant glass bottles . These bottles have weird sticky caps.. Bed was creaking even with slight movement.. Indoor Sports area is at basement and not maintained properly. Summary Rooms are basic and expensive. It is 3 Star type place.

Excellent service by the team |(thanks to ballastar), neat and clean rooms.Good food & amenities. Perfect for family outing & wedding. The hotel is close to lonavala market which is a plus. EV charging & ample parking makes it a seamless experience.

Overall 2 star given because a 5 star rating hotel do not have rooms for driver and servants for sleeping. Don't know how the rating is given as a 5 star. Even zero rated have driver bunker and this is a big 5 star rated hotel which do not have this facility. Customer can't give accomodation in there room for drivers but atleast a big hotel should have the arrangement not free but with some amount the same can be charged to customer.

The staff and everyone around is very polite and cooperative. Siddhi the housekeeping staff was very helpful, whenever we asked for any of the help everyone was available, also the head staff stands and make sure everything is done in the proper way

We had wedding function for 2 days.All the guests were very happy with ambience service & food. I specially thank Mr HariOm ji,There sales Executive for guiding us in every step.🙏🙏

This Hotel is definitely not recommended. Not at all worth the price they charge. Should be considered as a 2 Star hotel for the attitude and the service provided. The Service and Staff were untrained. This hotel doesn't not know what Hospitality is. The rooms provided to us were on the 3rd floor on the terrace were the lobby and rooms were pathetic and due to rain the floors were not maintained and our luggage's were spoiled due to miss handling. During the rain they should not be providing rooms on terrace for family. Had a terrible experience will never recommend this hotel for Family. The management is only concerned on how to earn money and nothing else Customer service is not on their list.
