OYO Seven Hills Inn

Management was very poor, facilities were bad too, except hot water, thanks to the geyser. No soap, no blanket in the room. There were used soaps in the washroom. I had booked a room with breakfast, I paid extra for the breakfast. When I asked for it they directly said no, later one of the staff agreed and said he'll make poha. I kept on waiting for an hour, then I called for follow up, he said he cannot make anything else. That was very bad of them. Another thing, check out time is 10 am, around 8.40am, they switched off ac, TV. Who does that?? It was waste of money, not worth at all. Only good thing was the location. Rest too bad.

Rooms are soo bad.there is tv but no connection no remote. There is AC but they don't give you remote until u ask. Water flow is so slow. No service after 8pm until 10 am not even single staff is available for your problems.no water facilities. No RO no water cooler. No food is available they only serve u dish called misal.worst experience of hotel ever.location is just out of lonavala evertime u came/leave hotel u have to pay extra toll charges. Windows frames are very loose they always make irrigating sound.there is garbage spot it makes soo worst smell u can't even breath properly

Specific to hotel's room, it's clean and decent, though management is not good enough. U will get nothing as complimentary from hotel side, even water is chargeable. Do not go on the words of manager as he will provoke u to take road facing room, it's too small and noisy too. Do not ask for car service from hotel for sight-seeing, they will tell u double the actual price, rather directly talk to any cab provider company or driver(many r available). Most important, hotel is way too costly if u book through any app, rather go and directly book from hotel.

Very clean rooms. Caring room boys and owner. They guided and caught us cab for 2 days for sightseeing. When we wanted to extend the room half a day, they accepted with half the price and they came back to check if we are comfortable. They gave us many suggestions for the tourist attraction out of their interest.

The hotel rooms toilets are unhygienic. Bedsheet and blankets was not good. I booked this hotel looking at the review and photos. AC was working fine. Cable Set-top box was not working. When requested they changed the Set-top box with working one.

**TOTAL FRAUD "Hotel Seven Hills, Lonavala" *** DO NOT book this hotel AT ALL, Even at the worst condition. We had booked hotel for family on weekend Saturday, 11th June 2016. Booking was confirmed ** and as well as with Owner Vinod. **, we called and confirmed with Owner (Vinod **) and Hotel staff ** that we will be checking-in late in evening. Since it was weekend and there was much customer rush, They did provided our booked room to another customer (Without calling/confirming with us) and when once called, they denied our booking and also denied to pay refund. As per Hotel owner, they don't have time to call their customers who have booked rooms. Hotel owner (on call) said that he will try to find some vacant room available in near-by area allowing us to wait for hours till around 11PM, eventually he stopped picking up calls and switched off the phone. Since we were with family, we had no other option apart from searching another hotel at midnight which cost us fortune.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have booked room here n confirmed to this hotel via call also, however when we reached the place staff said it is not allowed 2 girls and a boy to stay together in a room.. they said this comes in their rules and regulations... but it was not mentioned in property policies while booking even we have checked oyo rooms and regulations india which includes Maharashtra of course.. but the staff said it is their state Maharashtra rule, and the staff connected us with their oyo executive Mr. Mahesh who said the same thing that we are not allowed to stay and he wasn't able to show any written guidelines regarding this.. we were at highway at 9pm in a strange city with no transport and no hotels within 1km radius. and it was raining outside too. They asked us book another room offline with a price of 5000 per night.. have never thought or imagine of such experience.

Exorbitant pricing. Maybe it was a weekend. Understood. We checked in at 8 pm. After being wet in rains we wanted to take hot shower. There is a geyser and we are told it only works from morning 7 am to 9 am. There is a geyser on and off switch as well. After calling reception multiple times they were adamant that you will only get hot water in the morning. Rooms, nothing special about them except the location. 2 minutes walking distance from ST stand. Restaurant is veg only and the food isnt that great taste wise. There are plenty of options nearby. The best part is card payments attract a extra charge. Book well in advance. Do not stay in this place. Not because how we we treated. For the price you pay you get nothing. Why make a loss making deal?
