The hotel owner and specially staff are very rude in behaviour. I booked 2 rooms and when I reached the hotel the next day, the owner asked for extra money. The person who is at the reception of his name was Ganesh, we had a discussion with that person, he confirmed our booking, but later on the person Ganesh is not available and the owner asked us for extra money. Also the behaviour of the owner is very rude. He directly said if you want a room, then pay extra money otherwise leave the hotel. There is a hotel in parallel to this hotel Hotel Om Palace. The owner is the same for both the hotels. The service is extremely bad. Please don't go to that hotel and especially don't trust the owner or the staff while booking the room. The owner doesn't have manners on how to talk to the customers.

Manager Ganesh Third Class behavior. Bed Sheet & Pillow Dirty.. Location is very good highway touch, Room is Clean, Hot Water Only 1 Hour Provide...

First of all staff & owner behavior is very good supporting to customer. Rooms r nit & clean. Near my toal plaza. Must visit their. For family & couple best hotel.

Things gets lost here and the staff or manager no one is helpful with cctv footage.... My cables got stolen from my bike which was in parking area... But no one helped me .... Also no one takes responsibility.... Don't visit
