VITS Lonavala

Food was vert tasty, It was fresh and many varieties. We enjoyed lot. Staff behaviour is kind. Very polite. Subham in cafeteria very supportive and polite. Rooms were neat and clean and maintained. Bed and blanket were clean. Location is on main road , very safe and convenient.

I loved my stay here. Such friendly staff , for dining service. Tanmai ,Deepanita ,Shubham are really hospitable ,hardworking and sensitive to all needs. However ,on the last day ,I was leaving at 6am and I requested for an early breakfast and they agreed but the next day ,when I reminded about the same ,the reception staff acted like they didn't know. They could've said no but they said yes and didn't keep up their word ...hence I've reduced the stars in the service part.

The breakfast was good, Tanmay did an excellent job in serving us. Room are decent and well mainted. Nice stay. Room servicing can be done but better and faster. The people at reception were very polite, smiti, Sandeep and debasish were sweet and arranged things for us at proper time. Check in and check out were seamless.

To Be honest. I have booked directly from hotel reservation team they offer me the rate with breakfast is little higher then online but at the time of check in they are saying booking is without breakfast. when I told them I have already spoken with the reservation person Mr. Devasis they called the person he arrived in the mid of the night and added it & we got more importance. Specially mention the name Mr. Devasis He is very very cooperative and supporting he went out of his way to offer comfort . 100 recommend to all....

Stay here for 2 days with friends. Good and comfortable stay. Pretty rooms with pool view. Complimentary breakfast was good. Shubham, deepanita and tanmay did are great job in serving us at breakfast table. Good location. Must stay here.

Recently arranged the VITS stay for 3 days for our friends. They had a good time there and special mention must be made about Mr Debasis among other staff who went out of his way to offer comfort and supporting service for them. Rooms are clean, hygienic and adequate. Things have improved significantly after the Mgmt change I guess. Recommended 👍
