We visited on the very first day. The food was tasty and fresh. Still they need to work on taste. It was a little more spicy. The Internal Ambience was excellent. Service is fast. The staff is polite. The parking is well organised. Kids menu, north and south indian food is available. Rates are reasonable

This property has lack of staff as people does 4-5 works like staff member plus in restro plus cleaning duties as well. Front office team is very arrogant and rude Mr Amit, They misguided us by saying we have bookings ahead of our dates and then the hotel will be occupied and hence we were not served with buffet breakfast and only limited items gave us made to order things which were quite disappointing

Worstest experience according to location and facilities prices are too high and room is ok but staff was not cooperative with us they really don’t know the meaning of hospitality my wife is pregnant and we have traveled for so long they just directly denied on our faces that we will not be able to assist you with anything. Breakfast is limited. Not available other activities it’s not resort it’s hotel and location is near toll so may horns and pollution. When you open your current then you get kachara dumping yard in front view. I am requested to manager mr. Mayur it’s too rude no manners How to treat with Guest. Seriously do not come to this hotel they don’t deserve anything.

Pros # 1. Hotel room size is good (We stayed in Deluxe room), 2. Its new property so Interior is very good and well maintain, 3. bathrooms are neat and clean, hot shower was awesome, 4. View from front side room is awesome as we can see the Sunrise and Sunset from Room itself, Cons # 1. Front desk people has too be more polite with guests, 2. Pathetic restaurant services, as booking said Complementary breakfast but restaurant said Complementary is upto Rs . 200 /Per person only, and in that they offer only Idli, Dosa, Meduvada, Pauha and Tea / Coffee, 3. Restaurant manager Mr. Umesh seems like he came from Thela Business Background not from Hospitality background, 4. Restaurant service is outsourced so its out of hotel control, hence Hotel manager not taking any interest in Restaurant. Rating Room 4/5 Hotel staff 3.5/5 Restaurant 1.5/5 Suggestion # Recommended to take the stay only and not to use restaurant.

I stayed at Hillberry with my partner and I wad very disappointed. Starting from my arrival parking is not available it's too long and unsafe. Next thing Front office staff was so rude and unprofessional, They don't have manners how to treat guest. Limited breakfast No swimming pool And not available any activity

Had a really bad experience with this hillberry residency. The checkin process was mission with very unhelpful disorganized reception staff, not knowing how to properly direct you and feeding you misinformation. I have booked because Some my office work but was not the place I would like to stay longer, and after several bad experience I decide to change my rooms an other one.
