Hotel Om Palace

Situated once you enter the lonavala from pune side just next to the toll gate.. hence consider toll amount (47 rs for a car) Room is very spacious.. basic amenities provided.. wifi available.. but signal was weak.. 24x7 hot water is also available.. car parking space s decent. Friendly employees.. There was some smell keep coming in that area.. but rooms are not affected.. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bed sheet was having dust..1.2 for a non ac room.. 1.5 for ac.

Far from main city and market. Too much noisy. It smells bad. AC was not working. No hot water availability in room.

The room was average at best, the lights wouldn’t turn off without us turning all the electric off so we had no fan or charging available at night. The people opposite us were being super loud and we couldn’t sleep, when I asked for a refund for the second night (we hadn’t had yet) I was told it wasn’t possible even though it wasn’t check out time yet. Was also told that you have to expect the public in a budget hotel but just because it’s budget doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to sleep. That’s a bad policy and not good customer service I wouldn’t stay again.

Good place to stay on budget. It is nearly on the outskirts of lonavala. Not much to eat nearby. There is trampoline park and wax museum nearby.

they charge you as per choice stay active..Please see room first then pay for the room.Staff behavior ok but not promising.

Rooms or ok. Spacious. We paid 1100 for ac rooms as we asked them to turn ac off. Washroom was ok clean. Hotel is at good location. You can book it.

Worst service, rooms are worst, no proper lights in the room, They didn’t even wash bedsheets. Price is too much, not worthy. I don’t recommend this hotel.
