OYO Home Luxe 22738 Gorgeous 4BHK Lonavala

I booked this villa through oyo for 2 days and been there in group of 8 friends. The villa was excellent and totally cleaned. Rooms were specious and equipped with light fan and AC. From Terrence and balcony provide with one room the view of mountains was awesome. Linens were cleaned. Wardrobe were provided with the keys. Washrooms were cleaned and equipped with 24/7 gyser and excellent shower. They also provided towels for each person. Caretaker was also available quickly when I called him. Swimming pool is large and we enjoyed a lot there. Kitchen was equipped with refrigerator, induction, microwave oven and water purifier. Little disappointed about utensils.as we were chefs we like to cook our own but Fry pans and spatula were not available. Otherwise villa is excellent. I will suggest book this villa whenever you'll be in Lonavala. This is worth of money.

This property has a Trash Manager and Owner. We were in constant touch with the Manager since time we booked. Cordinated with property a week before visit, a day before visit and even an hour before visit. However, on arrival at the property, we were told we do not have a confirm booking. The owner stopped picking calls once we reached the place. The caretakers were clueless on what to do. To say property is stupidly Managed is an understatement. Avoid at all cost..! Side note: Even if we didn't stay, the location is terrible. the common pool is next to an abondoned building. many construction site all around the property.

Pathetic. Never seen more disgusting service ever. Before even considering this place, keep in mind that it's in an isolated place outskirts of the city. You won't get anything nearby. Behind an garage and the location is not at all good. And mind you that there is no special pool for you. It's a common pool for all the villas, which is very small. And there isn't a single person to hear you out if you have some problem. The security guy and one person is there. If you complain of something, be assured to not get resolved even after you check out. Oyo services are also not at all good.

Do not go by the pictures and the positive reviews of this place. The images on Google are deceptive and the place isn't maintained at all. As we entered the villa it had a foul smell. Since it was raining there was water pouring in from the window which made the entire stairway wet with no one to wipe it. Towels were thrown over it to soak the water. On asking OYO about the kitchen, they said it had spoons, plates, glasses, bowls etc. But the drawers had dirty bent plates and stained glasses (3 glasses) which looked liked they'd been lying there since the beginning of time. The fridge was ok but there was fungus growing in one of the shelves. The kitchen counter also has oil splattered over the wall. The images on Google show a dinning table by the kitchen but there wasn't one. There were only 3 dining chairs out of which one looked like it was from another set. The bathrooms were unclean like they weren't washed in a long while. There was no water coming from the taps when we reached, After calling up the caretaker we got acces to water. Also throughout our stay there wasn't proper supply of water. All bathrooms didn't have buckets either. After making several calls to OYO and the caretaker for cleaning the place, they said they'd send someone but no one came. Also midstay when we complained there were no plates and and spoons the caretaker came up to us and asked if we needed him to get them for us, we said yes but the guy didn't come back with either of it. All in all it's a waste of money with irresponsible owners and lack of assurance from OYO. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Very nice location. Superb villa.. near to so many good places in Lonavala. Hot water in showers. Villa Full of privacy.. favourite place of the villa was the terrace . Part view got blocked by other villas building nearby. swimming pool is mixed with other villas, thats a down point and baathroom jet spray weren't working.. nor AC . Nor towels were given. And a little bit a scary in the night. Tho watchman adviced us to close the terrace gate and outside fence for safety and gave his no. Incase we need him. Cooking gas was nice. Fridge door was broken. Clean water purifier.

worst experience ever. do not book this property ever because this is under development and no one is going to response you there. there are not a single care taker and the care takers like watchman and cleaners are not ready to help you in anyway. the main problem was room service and cleanliness. room was totally dirty and property caption as well owner not ready to resolve any issue. only 1 towel was provided for 3 days and they always denied and tell the reason that laundry is not coming and all. so to conclude, never visit and never trust on OYO also because it also helpless when I called to OYO helpline. so use other booking website except OYO.

Had an awesome time. The Villa has very close proximity to the market still has serene surroundings. Very well decorated and stylish Villa . Our Villa was right next to the pool . I will love to Visit this place again

Every thing was poor... The captured the photo of the swimming from an angle that shows us that it is a private pool... and the watervalso is not clean, it is full of rocks, tree leaves, and etc. The Bunglow also was very poor, no cleanliness, no service, and no caretakers and no safety... I advis3 you not to visit this please only if you wanna disappoint your family
