Hotel Krishna Palace Mahur

i’ve visited this place with family last week. the rooms were okay but the bedsheets were very poor quality. there was lint everywhere on the sheets and the pillowcases were very dirty. but i guess not much can be expected considering the location. the air conditioning was good. the hot water facility takes a long time but it’s ok. i had food twice at the restaurant. everything was too salty at lunch and the food had no salt at all during breakfast. food quality needs to be improved.

bed and bathroom 9s very unhygenic. 1. bedsheets were so dirty. when i asked the manager to change the bedsheets, he said that we should have check that before. 1st he was not accepting his mistake. after arguing for a while he agreed to change the sheets. 2. toilet was not cleaned after the use of the guest before our booking. he did not clean the toilet, i had to clean it myself to use it. would not recommend it.

The room in the hotel was alright. But the restaurant was very bad. I ordered palak paneer and Jawar bhakri. The bhakri was okayyiish but not good. It was thick and raw in some portions. The palak paneer was the worst. The paneer was firm and was not that tasty. They had put green colour in the palak paneer which I could not remove from my hand even after washing my hand 2 times with soap. When I told the cook about the food colour and asked why they were using it, he said that he has worked all over India and in every restaurant food colour is used in every food. His attitude was not at all hospitable, it was sheer arrogance.

Considering in the mind that Mahurgadh is not a well developed place, Hotel Krishna Palace is the best hotel in Mahurgadh. It is located on the main road at the foothills of Mahurgadh. Krishna Palace has a variety of rooms. AC Delux suits to Non AC accomodation hall for 8 persons. We stayed in AC Delux Suit. There is a drawing come dining room and a three beded bedroom. Room size are good enough. Room cleanliness is good. Wash room size is good but it was not clean according to the stsndards. TV & AC were functional. Hot water available from 6 am to 10 am only. Room service was ok. Nothing to shout about. Balcony is huge facing to the main road. You can have a sun rise view behind the Mahurgadh mountain in the morning sitting in the balcony having tea. They have their own restaurant also. But we didn't go there as we went for Renuka Mata Darshan. So I can't comment on food. We paid Rs 2000 for one night stay here for AC Delux Suit which is very very reasonable. Mind that it was Sunday & Diwali Vacation was going on and there was heavy rush in Mahurgadh. Specially mentioning the Day & Night managers.... Mr Navin & Mr Avdhoot.... They are very very co operative & helpful. Staff behaviour was ok. No issues. You can stay here with family, friend & kids. Totally safe place. CCTV Camras are installed. You can park your vehicle on the road @ the Hotel which is safe. They provided accomodation for my driver without any extra charge.

Very much on the road. Mr Avdhut is very helpful and kind hearted person. He looks for everything to the customer. Staff is very polite. Good quality food is available in the restaurant which is on the ground floor of the hotel. I give 5 stars rating.

Good hotel in Mahurgad. Good proximity to the temple bus service. Prompt response given by hotel staff on queries and they were flexible with check out.

Staff is really Helpful & Rooms are clean. Highly recommended. Budget freindly Ac/Non Ac rooms with great service. Must visit.
