OYO Hotel Devi Pride

Hi Guys, I have booked 2 rooms from this hotel dated 15th August-16 th August ( fyi - I had 2 senior citizens with him) Owner is extremely rude - when you will call him ( for your issues ) he will curse you. 1. Staff is nice , owner is worst . 2. No electricity backup - ( fyi - we were in full dark full night) 3. No water ( both drinking and using ) KINDLY NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER , AND DON’T SPOIL YOUR MOOD. Because we are there for visiting a temple .

Location is very good and its one of the best hotel to book online at Mahur as there are very less options available online. Hotel is good but some people in staff are Rude specially attendant. He denied to give hot water and his behaviour was very rude. Before booking pls check/ask if all basic Amenities are working specifically geyser. Also the washrooms were not clean and maintained. Other than this evening was very good. Rooms are spacious and they do provide extra bed (mattress) if required.

Visited Mahur along with a friend’s family. Booked two rooms in OYO Hotel Devi Pride, which were in horrible condition. No amenity of room including AC , TV, Intercom , Geyser etc was working. The water taps in washroom were leaking like anything.|No food service. Even supply of tea was not available.|The whole area in front of hotel has been dug as such parking is a big issue. The guest have to keep car away from hotel some where on road , which is very risky.|OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE. We don’t recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

Facility is well built on a prominent location. However maintenance is very pathetic. Plumbing works and cleaning needs to be taken care. Service staff is unavailable most of the times. No food or even tea is available. They can get into contract with some tea supplier during mornings. Other hotels in the place are attached with food supplies and restaurants.

Horrible experience....we booked two rooms for 6 adults..and owner asked to"adjust" for the day in just one room. As the other room has suffered leakage issue...and provided bedsheets in the name of extra bed.there is no water in flush .no water for sink...and he did it with many other people. He asked two other families to make same "adjustment". And asked to pay 500 rs less ...as if he is doing us a favour. We had booked room two days in advance.he had confirmed 2 rooms 2 hrs ago. And once when we reached. After a 13 hr of journey. We saw such scene. There was lizard and cockroaches in the room...overall...please avoid...this may be the only hotel on the online booking...in mahur...but please avoid this ..and save yourself a horrible time.

A small hotel, well finished with a sparkling floor and gleaming paint. The receptionist was pleasant and cooperative, the staff eager to help. All these positives are let down by the lack of attention to detail. A dirty broken toilet, stained bed sheets, bulbs missing in ceiling fixtures. Most people visiting Mahur are really not booking a room to spend the night. They need a place to rest, relax and use the toilet. This hotel could fulfill that need, it just needs a bit of effort. Best of luck to it. For the sake of the many visitors to Mahur, I hope it improves.

Please improve your rooms in cleans and attractivity. In service you have to improve good breakfast, lunch and Dinner test. In bathroom please require hot water for shower. Thank you.

The hotel is in very bad condition, dirty linen , dirty toilets have holes all over with cockroaches . While staying there was a lizard also in our room. Not recommended at all.
