OYO 44290 Abhilasha Home Stay

The rooms are dirty with lots of termites in each and every rooms. Furniture in room is affected by termite. Bathrooms are not hygienic too. Front desk staff is not customer friendly. He is rude, doesn't respond properly. Not responsible person. Our booking was for 4 nights. When asked for bed sheets and towels next day, they mentioned that they don't change everyday. They don't have running restaurant, prepare food on order. They cook food outside and bring in kitchen. The terrace picture is too old. At the time of booking the lady was so polite. When we called for complaint she doesn't answer our phone calls. Not happy with their services. Many properties are available in Malvan area. Looking to our personal experience, I wouldn't visit this place again and don't recommend anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the cleanliness (or lack thereof) in the room. I discovered termites in the furniture, which was not only unsettling but also unacceptable for a hotel of any standard. It left me constantly worried about the hygiene of the space and whether the rest of the room was safe. On top of this, the staff was far from helpful. When I brought up the issue with them, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing the problem. They didn’t seem to take any action to fix the termite situation. The overall attitude was apathetic and made me feel like they didn’t care about their guests’ comfort or safety.

My stay here was disappointing. This property operates more like a guest house with multiple subcontractors involved, and it’s not managed to proper standards. I found a large termite infestation in my room, but when I reported it, the operator was dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge or address the issue. After much effort, I managed to speak with the owner and subcontractor manager, who eventually agreed to a 50% discount due to the termite problem. While I appreciated this gesture, it doesn’t make up for the lack of care and poor management. Not recommended.

Near Malvan Bus depo , rooms are clean , and Breakfast is provided and it's home made and tasty . The reception person will guide you with the best spot to visit and the food place . You can also ask for a two wheeler on rent during your stay to travel within malvan . The market place is also near the hotel . We have a good Stay .
