Sai Homestay

We came to know about Sai Homestay, Malvan through my father’s friend’s recommendation ... and we’re so glad we chose to stay here! The rooms are beautifully designed with an artistic touch and maintained in excellent hygienic condition. The entire property is very well kept, with ample parking space and a peaceful atmosphere. Its location is perfect ... just a short walk from both the beach and the market. The owner is an extremely sweet and humble person, and the caretaker is also very polite and helpful. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Malvan! 🌴✨

Top class rooms for a homestay..two of us stayed there for a day...the property is well maintained and the staff are helpful..a bit costly but the experience of staying there is good

It's nice homestay, in malvan city, we have booked their double bed plus sofa cum double bed room and it was nice, very specious...car parking is available but only 2-3 cars parking space available and they have total 6-8 rooms so better enquire for parking if needed it, as malvan city have lot of parking issue.. They don't have own kitchen but lots of eating joints are available around, and they too provide delivery to you...

Stay here for the location and rooms. Homely stay with sufficient parking. Malvan market and famous food joints are just a walk away. Exiting/Entering the location is also very easy.

We had a lovely stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and located in the heart of Malvan with lots to do. My friend had her 40th birthday when we stayed here, and the owners kindly decorated the room for her arrival with flowers, balloons and cake. It really was fantastic!

It was nice to stay here, property is spacious. Additional sofa , children ground at back to chill at night. They gave room for driver to rest and sleep. Budget friendly rates, service is also very good. People are very nice to talk and help in overall Kokan trip.

We have stayed here with great pleasure. Sai, de owner, is a great energetic and hospitable man who brings a lot of atmosphere. The rooms are perfect and the breakfast is top notch.
