Very Good, Reasonably priced home stay with larger than average rooms. Especially recommended for families with kids. Location is not too far from beach and not far from city market as well. Only downside is no in house food except tea-coffee. But the staff is quite accomodating to make alternative arrangements if requested. Definitely a value for money accommodation.

We just had a great four day stay at Sai Homestay. We had a very large upstairs room with a lovely high ceiling. We particularly liked the fun decorations on the walls and cupboard. The room was very clean and in excellent condition and the WiFi was good. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. It is in an excellent central location, we could walk to all Malvan’s tourist spots. It was also excellent value for money! We wouldn’t definitely stay here again if we reurn to Malvan.

Recently, I visited Sai Homestay. It is a great place to stay in Malvan. The rooms are quite spacious and the hygiene standards are quite high. The creatives in the rooms are quite unique and eye pleasing. The place is very well connected to the nearby places. Just opposite this homestay there is a great food place which offers lovely home like food. It has good parking facility and a spacious area to sit in the backyard. Overall, the experience was quite memorable

Nice place to stay at Malwan. Rooms are very big and can accommodate 6 person minimum. Room is neat and clean. Location also near the beach. They don't food service, but some hotels are available in front of homestay. Very reasonable homestay it was for us.

We stayed here for 3 days and experience was great! Rooms were big and well maintained. Caretaker was also very nice and corporative. It’s almost 5 mins distance to beach. Highly recommended place to stay. Also if you are looking for good delicious food and breakfast I will recommend Rishab Khanawal, Exactly in front of Saihome stay.

Mr. Amberkar is really a gentleman who treated us like a family members. He is so much helpful and cooperative by nature and always ready to give a good service to all the customers. Caretaker Mr. Ajit n Mr. Shekhar are so helpful to us. I would definitely like to recommend to visit this Sai homestay for a beautiful experience in a very very reasonable rates. Thanks 🙏
