Tian Chivala Beach Resort

More like a homestay. has only 5 rooms - very small in size.Manager was efficient which was the only positive aspect of this place. Food is outsourced and was okay.|rooms dont have a view and too many cats roaming around.|The owner needs to be more involved in this hotel or else close this down.|At night time its a nightmare to locate this place. Chivla beach is not at all popular.to find this place ask for Dhuriwada. Tian wine shop is more famous and easy to locate.|Attitude of owner / staff not friendly

We stayed here 2 nights during December 2012.It was the busiest time in Malwan- Weekend & Christmas! Our room was good, the beds were spotless and clean.Bathroom was clean and without any insects crawling in as we had thought. The location CANNOT be beat! You are staying on the beach and walking distance from the market.We will stay here next time, without a doubt! Excellent choice for the price and location.

Just got back from this awesome place it has its pros and cons lets start with whats good, it is the best place if ur going for a picnic with friends. The location is a bit tedious to get to but once here its beautiful, its located on the beach with a lot of privacy no intruders. the cottages no doubt small but very comfortable, we were 5 people sharing the room but its max capacity for a comfortable stay is 3. the rooms r fully equipped with a bed, Dish tv, western toilets, and mosquito repellents. Extra mattresses are available when needed. As far as the food is concerned except for fish dishes nothing else is worth eating. the bathrooms too are fully functional but cramped up.

I stayed at this hotel on 2nd feb. this year. Taken the two rooms for our 4 family member. Rooms are very small.Hardly 3 person can stand at a time. Bathroom are very small. I had seen the insects inside in the bathroom as the cottage is surrounded by the greenery. Location wise this place is good ... right on the beach.. however it has various limitation .. The resort can do much better by improving the amenities.. Food is ok. Pls check other option of hotels or resorts also and take the decision.

Right on chiwla beach. Rooms are ultra tiny. Bathrooms are even smaller. Food is great. The family run place, elder brother hospitable, younger one is reluctant to serve you or help you. I say they could have done better. Try vada kombda for dinner. Super.

We (group of 8 people) celebrated the new years of 2013 here. And what a find it was. For the money we spent, it was a total bargain. ||Dont expect any 5 star treatment or facilities. Simple tiny rooms, basic facilities, GOOD food (veg and nonveg), great staff (helpful, soft spoken) and your own private beach!. That is what you would get once you reach here. Ganesh, (I think is the owner) is a nice guy and he made sure our stay was comfortable and he got whatever we needed from the market in short notice. ||He also arranged water sports (at reasonable rates) for us and we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality.||Since then I have recommended this place to a few others and they havent come back disappointed.!||For a budget holiday, this is the place to be.

Best possible location for hotel nearby seashore. Rooms are made of bamboo. Really calm and cool place. View from the hotel is best thing you can get. In cheap price with high quality service.

Its not at all worth for family, Bad rooms with pathetic toilets. Beach too is not clean. Food is costly and not good too. If you are there, please go to Athithi Bamboo restaurant which is much better than this.
