We booked the entire property for 4 days. It was a wonderful stay. Location is awesome. Rooms are comfortable. Caretaker Mr. Mangesh is prompt in his service. Owner is very friendly and helpful. She suggested us few activities and nearby places. We enjoyed a lot and will plan to go again. Thank you.

Undoubtedly and definitely the best property to stay with family in the cuddle of nature. Very calm and clean place. Owner and care taker is very co-operative. Rooms are spacious and the scenery from each room is unimaginable. You can literally see the sea just lying on the bed. In the evening you will definitely enjoy the sunset with the sound of sea from the porch. We have got the memories to cherish for whole life as it was our first trip with the family. Must recommended place to stay.

We 5 couples spent 2 days in this property, all of us had a great experience. This property is away from the crowded place and that is its beauty as it gives a deep feeling of nature. The owner of the property also guided us well and the technical discussions with him were also cool. Whoever is visiting this place would suggest to carry basic cooking items as local shops are a bit away and positive part is it gives a nice feel of sitting and eating outside. Overall experience was good and would say this place is worth a visit.

We booked the bungalow for 22 people joint family and hands down to the best staycation we had with a breathetaking view… just loved the property and service was also very nice… spent a quality time with my family and cherished with some golden moments… thanks for the wonderful hospitality♥️♥️

Stayed there with the family . The villa is quite big and rooms are very spacious. The villa has amazing view of back waters . Superb tasty sea food is available from near by food joint . Definitely recommended when in malvan .

We hired this entire bungalow for 4 days and 3 nights. The rooms were clean and tidy. However in washrooms they have provided treated water which is a bit salty. Also in the swimming pool they use water from backwaters which is very salty. The caretaker of the place Mr Mangesh handled all the requirements and requests politely and efficiently. The best part of this place is the view. Visit this place for a calm and peaceful time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Malavan's Shivraj Hotel (will call Home Stay instead of Hotel) for 4 nights, and it was an absolute delight. The location, right in front of the mesmerizing backwaters, provided a tranquil escape. The room was not only tidy but also offered a breathtaking view of the backwaters directly from the bed. The swimming pool was a refreshing bonus, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The locally ordered Malavani food was a culinary delight, showcasing the rich flavors of the region. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were bursting with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Overall, Malavan's Shivraj Home Stay exceeded my expectations, combining a picturesque setting, impeccable room tidiness, stunning backwater views, a relaxing pool, and delicious local cuisine. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!
