Our family stays at ShitChandra every year because of the great hospitality, hygienic food, lovely people. This place is quite close to Chiwla beach. Surrounded with great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and peaceful location. Room itself was well equipped and service was attentive and efficient.

Excellent place to stay.. we could stay only for a short period as we were tight on schedule but it felt great. They have ac and non ac both options at very affordable rates and the area is very peaceful. Local market is also nearby for local shopping and they can also arrange two wheelers on rent if requested. Food was also excellent specially the fish fry. I Would like to thank Mr. Wairkar as they took good care during the short stay :)

SHITCHANDRA Homestay is one of the best and safe budget friendly location, owner of property - Mr. Chandrashekhar Wairkar is very co-operative and polite. Very good place to stay in malvan.Rooms were very clean and specious having good power backup which is very helpful as there are frequent power cuts in the area, safe and healthy tap water along with packed drinking water bottles in house, excellent stay with your family and friends. Homemade Malvani food ( Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner ) is also available in room, few of Malvan tourist attraction place i.e The historically important SINDHUDURG Fort, jay Ganesh Mandir, Rock Garden, Chivla beach, Malvan Market , all are within walkable limits. A very comfortable stay. Will surely stay here again on our next visit. I highly recommend this staying option...

Good service. Very comfortable for family. Parking space is good. Very nice experience for malwan trip. From this place Chiwla beach is approximately 1 km and you can also go for rock garden at the night time this is good for family entertainment with children. Atmosphere of rooms is good but need some ventilation. You can give them order for Malwani meal that is so delicious and really good compared to hotel.

Rooms are very small and dirty, No cleanness webs whole room and bathroom, dirty toilets , Location is not good, very bad parking space. I would give zero star. Bad service. Very disappointed. All old reviews seems to be fake reviews

I stayed at ShitChandra Homestay for 3 days from February 9th to February 12th. It was a very comfortable stay, the room was clean with fresh linen. Mr Shekhar Wairkar, the owner and his family were very friendly and polite to us. Mr. Wairkar guided us to various places around Malvan and happily arranged tea for us at 6 a.m. as we had to leave for beach to see sunrise. He gave us the access to the terrace as well for clothes. I would recommend everybody visiting Malvan to consider ShitChandra homestay for staying as well as a very personal and warm experience with Mr Shekhar Wairkar and his family.

If you are going to visit Malvan you must consider shitchandra homestay instead of any costly hotels around.Located near the S T Stand and also the beaches around there. Stayed there for two nights with frnds. They provide non ac and ac rooms at a very reasonable price.The landlord is very helpful and he can also guide you where to visit, we also arranged our water sports activity arranged at a very low price with help of the owner. You also get homemade breakfast at very low price. The stay was fun and pocket frndly.... 😁😁😁😁😃😃😃

An awesome place.. hygienic, decent, lovable.. home made food just adds up another benefit.. your every single need is taken care of by the owner.. my parents just loved staying there.... Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Wairkar 🙂👍🏻
