Hotel Pearl Regency Malvan

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pearl near Chivla Beach in Malvan! The room was clean and equipped with AC, ensuring a comfortable night’s rest. The managing staff was extremely supportive and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. With such affordable prices, it's great value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Malvan without breaking the bank!

Very clean & comfortable rooms and accessories, at very affordable prices. Very cooperative & helping owner & staff with safe environment. At peak location, 2min distance from Chivala beach & near main market. All amenities available nearby eg:- Medical , Restaurant, ATM etc. Overall amazing experience !!!

Rooms are okay with the price slab. Better than many homestay which are having room rate more 2k to 3k. Got 2 ac rooms for 2 days at rs.6400 total. 24×7 service available. Only one staff is available for room service and reception work.

One of the best Hotel in Malvan city I have ever seen than other tourist places my personal experience is tremendous Clean,neat and very hygienic rooms. This hotel is in a prime location only two minutes walking distance from beach, valet parking, super room service and most important staff behaviour is admirable.

This place is nice. 24/7 service is provided. The room and washroom are clean, and the AC is in good condition.

It has great rooms and it's very accessible to beach (10 mins walking distance) in very low cost .Laukik ,The owner, is good hearted and nice man..He arranged our First Anniversary on a beach at free of cost. Very humble man.#Konkan chi manas ,sadhi bholi
