There should be minus rating system for such creepy stay. This is the worst ever resort I have ever seen. Whole experience was worst. Everywhere there were cockroaches even in the restaurant area. Hygeine was worst. Food was worst. Staff was worst. Whole stay was worst. I would never recommend this sun and shade stay to anyone. There swimming pool water was containing waste of dogs. No Cleanliness. Complete waste of money.

Rooms were not cleaned. At start no water in bathroom then after many follow ups water came. In morning for hot water I have to convince them. No room freshener was there mainly it requires in monsoon. Bedsheets were smelly. Swimming pool water was not clean. Top roofs rainy water was falling in swimming pool and monkeys were everywhere on rooftop so may be their dirt was falling in swimming pool. Even I got infection on my skin because of that water. So overall stay was very uncomfortable. Property is at good location but not maintained by the management.

Very disappointing and disgusting experience over charged . Food is very bad and no hygiene rooms smelly and bedding are of very poor quality. no hot water in room the manger of the hotel fooled us even with providing basic needs . Do not check in late in Matheran and this hotel

The worst hotel ever There were a lot of issues I ran into. The quality of staff service is subpar, even if they are unable to interact with customers. acting quite rudely toward every consumer. The AC isn't working, the bathrooms aren't cleaned, and the rooms aren't maintained well. We discovered cockroaches in our room, and it's evident that they're freely moving around the eating area. A client discovered insects in their food. The quality of the food is terrible. The owner and staff treat the consumer really rudely. They are requesting additional fees for a one to two hour checkout delay. I advise everyone to never make a reservation at this hotel.

I had visited this resort in 2015. It was quite clean. Food was amazing..the service was quite good. My fly stayed there for 2 nights. We enjoyed there. Location is good. We could see d mountains and beautiful valley.

Review team , please add the red star one red start add so it will read as “bekkar hotel”. REQUEST ALL NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL , DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL , please don't visit this property, or you will repent. We want to stay for two days but when we entered and after seeing the rooms we asked them to refund the amount. Rooms was stinking and not cleaned properly, "Cockroaches" are roaming around, feels like cockroaches ka zoo tha, the most disgusting part, few did reached our plates and not sure where when we were asleep. no ownership & poor hygiene. Cockroaches were also seen in plates and bowls where food was been served, poorly maintained --no pest control carried. Kitchen was horrible and the dinning hall , bapre bap, stinking , slippery, sofas and chairs are uncleaned , after use where we keep the plates that drum …yuk ..its like saalo se it’s unwhashed. We went there in the afternoon, everywhere cigarettes buts, beer bottles , rain water which is filled in bucket is not cleaned from long , it’s was smelling, Monkeys everywhere, no fencing so monkey’s can’t enter the room. Two monkeys came inside , sat on the sofa and did the susu..pee ….ekdam Aram se. Don’t know swimming pool me to woh jaake nahate bhi rehenge and potty karne ke baad dhote bhi rahenge Property is not maintained or cleaned regularly, making it more uncomfortable, If you order any outside food or drinks from them, they will charge you heavy. We called beer from them they charged us Rs 400 per beer.

Let me share feedback on my recent visit experience to this property with my 4 friends( 24th AUG 24), kindly treat as true and might get deleted soon. 1. When we visited the property, the reception guy asked us to wait at reception until the person from whom the online booking was done reaches the hotel, it was raining and we were with our luggage's, Poor check-in process ( took around 45 mins ) 2. post allocation of the room it was stinking and not cleaned properly, after few minutes their supporting actors were visible performing every where around you "Cockroaches" the most disgusting part, few did reached our plates and not sure where when we were asleep. 3. When we brought this to the concern persons notice, they gave lame excuses and one of them was - they came because you are having non veg..:) - no ownership & poor hygiene. 4. Cockroaches were also seen in plates and bowls where food was been served, poorly maintained --no pest control carried. 5. Loud music is being played that too Kathiyawadi or some kind of folk music which spoils the mood, cant play same music for all day long. 6. This property is around 1Km away from Matheran Railway Station or Market, which makes your ease of reaching places difficult. 7. Property is not maintained or cleaned regularly, making it more uncomfortable, please don't visit this property, or you will repent. 8. If you order any outside food or drinks from them, they will charge you heavy. 9. if you order any snacks except their dining timings they will say its not available, they are also very specific of their lunch/dinner timings, so if you are travelling with your kids and if they demand or are hungry, you get a good exercise of walking around 2 Km to feed them...:) A BIG NO TO THIS PROPERTY.

The worst hotel of matheran. Don't go to this hotel ,it's a fraud. Unclean rooms, feel like a chawl system . Owner dalvi is fraud. Don't go by photos posted in site, it's not same. Whole picnic was spoiled bcoz of hotel. Unsafe for family, people drinking and having hookah openly in premises.
