Relax inn

Good cottage for couple stay. Owner of property Khalid is very good helpful supportive and well mannered and helped me for food, horse riding and matheran points. Hotel is walking distance from Matheran Railway station and value for money, you can see toy train through the window and mountains Valley also from the 1st floor and back side of room. owner of property provided me extra time for stay and didn't charge me anything. Thank you again Khalid.

Not good at all, Air conditioner isn't working at all, Staff also misbehaving, No hot water facilities & no cleanliness around hotel.

Very nice home stay. Neat and clean room with bathroom facility with hot water provided and there is also AC in the room , but because of the chilled climate AC is not much required. One of the major benefit of Relax inn home stay is that it is nearer to the market and matheran station. People over here are very help ful. After check out if you want to tour around matheran, there's a luggage storing room in the hotel where they keep your luggage safely. If you go with your family extra beds are also provided by them. Overall a good home stay to stay while you are visiting to matheran.

Very bad experience. Customer requested for hot water didn't service. No action taken for safety. Not seems to be comfortable as well. Answer for your owners reply. First of all, I didn't request for extra accomodation till evening. Do consider customer feedback for improving your service instead calling them for bad review.

I had very bad experience. The hotel condition is not at all good. Firstly its not worth to spend 1600 for 1 night only for the room and getting such worst room. Tv cable not working. there is sepages all over the room. Not even the walls the good. Bad vibe in all. Washroom was nit cleaned especially the Wc, when told staff to clean he didn't use harpic. And after insisting too much agreed to use phenyl to clean. No privacy at all in the batroom the window is broken. Also no proper hot water. Attaching all the photos below. i don't understand why brivestay, and other keep these hotel in their list. This should be banned. Worthless hotel as well as staff. Attachment of all the photos do check dont use these hotel at all.

Visited on 31st Dec till 2nd Jan 2024....Rooms r good, neat & clean & also Owner & staff is friendly. Nice place to stay.....Good Experience 👍

I have just been here recently in July, 2022 as of writing. I will try to give as balanced possible Location: Very good centrally located walking distance from market Service: If there was any highlight it would be Mr Khalid's excellent service, communication and he even was courteous to extend a couple of hours. Wifi is provided, water packaged is chargeable and not complimentary. Rooms: I was unhappy with the room for its upkeep i stayed in room no 3 , for starters it's homestay cum hotel, holes in blanket towels, leakage from walls, old switches, was turn off , cleanliness of thr room was good Comfort: Hot water is a luxury based on timings, the adjacent rooms commotion can be heard, sleeping comfort is good. Value for Money: They jack up the price 3 times more on weekends which is why based on the services offered and room i rated it 3, otherwise if the prices were lower for the budget it would be 4. Decent place for a short stay.

Relax inn rooms are very good and safe for couple and family and it's next to matheran railways station and the service has been given to us was very nice by Khalid Shaikh the owner and he also guide us how to go to the nera by points and also arranged horse ride for us on next day and we will surely come back on next vacation to visit this palace relax inn
