Alpha House

Awesome and fabulous place. Very good service and very good people. Owner Alam and his father took care of us like a family member. I would recommend everyone to go at this place. It's near to Matheran station, market and garden with the madhav point. I really spent very good time felt as if I am at my house.

I don't understand why people gave negative reviews. The owner Mr. Alam is polite and very helpful person. He himself stays there with his family. It was nice and safe place to stay at. The property had a homely vibe, they also give option for home cooked meals. The room and the bathroom were neat and clean. There was no geyser in the room and wifi was not working inside the room, which was fine for me. But they provide us with hot water in the morning by bucket. The location is very good, it is in the proper market and very close to station. It is budget friendly as well, I paid Rs. 1500 per day.

It was nice place to stay at. Nice owners, polite and welcoming. They are quite hospitable and will provide for all their guest's needs. Water and electricity supply was there. Just that pressure of water could be increased. The property had a homely vibe and was clean. They give option for warm water in the mornings and also for home cooked meals. Keep up the good work.

Service was pathetic. Owner is absolutely arrogant. No manners to talk with guest. He was bringing in communal angle in argument stating that particular community people are not well behaved. As far as service is concerned, no geyser, no room service, wifi is free but will hardly work. Don't ever book room here otherwise you will regret later and spoil your holidays.

Please do not book this worst hotel in matheran, this are very expensive, very rude owner. There is no proper room services, very dirty mug of drinking water, not provide towels and soap no any facility. No charging point was proper Very very bad people and bad services. I personally suggest all people do not visit this alpha house.

Pathetic experience Need to give zero star but no options so giving one wifi not working no geyser dirty bedsheet. Our checkout was delayed was only for 15 min bcoz was carrying small baby and she was unwell and they created big scene out of it and was standing at the door and passing hateful community based comments until we checked out.There are lot of better options in matheran will never recommend this place to anyone..

Very good place to enjoy with your friend, amazing bungalow good location. We had two day stay in alpha house matheran.

Very dirty, old style bedsheet with holes in it, water served in dirty plastic jug, dirty pilliw cover, dirty mugs, shower was not working after so many complaints they did not pay attention, no geyser took bath in cold water,no balcony, no view seen from room, gave room at 4:30 after a long wait very bad service no sense to treat the customers, written wifi is free but its never works, could not even contact at home during our stay thqts why we left that place earlier Money wasted Ek star bhi nahi milna chahiye, mera birthday spoil ho gaya wahaan jakar Worst place Will not suggest to book there any room
