S N S RESORT MATHERAN

From the start of the trip, people will loot you with high prices for almost everything, i.e for horse ride that take you to resort, the price is 900 Rs and then when you bargain it will be 700Rs. The hotel or resort if thats what it is called, is one of the worst properties, very unclean and you will suffer hygiene issues if you sleep on their bed. The food was ok, its only vegetarian options. Never trust the pictures posted on Booking.com as its all a scam, the pictures will not show how dirty it is under the mattress, how the room is not cleaned and maintained. Truly dissatisfying and waste of money and your time.

This should be named Dn'D 'Dirty and Disgusting' resort. All photos updated are old. There is nothing at all maintained from the locks on the door to the taps in the washroom. Food is cooked in unhygienic conditions. Do not panic if you have uncalled guests in your room after sightseeing..it could range anything from cockroaches to monkeys. I can understand that the management cannot do much about the monkeys but they should and must surely work on the upkeep of the property by cleaning it and maintaining it.

They took 7000 from me and provided the worst facilities ever, Worst place we ever lived. 1-Cockroches roming all around room, 2-Untidy rooms, 3-Used linens, 4-No huygens, 5-Mattresses are so hard unable to sleep on, 6-Sweeming pool was was filled with dirt you will not dare to put your feet in pool, 7-AC isn't working, 8-Mo hot water provided 9-Breakfast only idli and Upma, the place where it's served was so untidy 10-On line you will get room at 7000 only with breakfast and over counter you will get it under 4000 including 4 meals that's the difference, 11- Owner was arrogant abusive when gave feedbacks.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at SNS Resort last week. The location is stunning, with beautiful surroundings that offer a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Matheran life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly and with a smile...😊🙌❤️

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in 15 years. Bed had lot of bed bugs couldnt sleep the AC was broken and made lot of noise The staff had no clue what was going in the hotels Worst of all they themselves reviewed their own self through customer booking id Please dont stay here

The hotel rooms are very neat and clean. Their staff is very attentive and friendly, overall a nice experience.
