Westend Hotel Matheran

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was a standout, with a tasty variety of options available for lunch, dinner, and breakfast, ensuring there was always something to suit my taste. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The hotel's location is also excellent, being equidistant from major points of interest, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room was good and the location is walkable. The place is quiet and great. Buffet was good too. However, desert needs some work along with the nonveg. Veg was great. Tea needs some work as it's the same no matter how many times you say it to be strong. It's a great place for kids and family. Ambience is great. Staff is very cooperative and its worth the value for money.

Nestled within greenery, this place is a blend of luxury, hospitality and pure, unadulterated fun. The service was excellent. Quality of food was very good and we were spoilt for choice. There are beautiful birds chirping all around. The rooms had a front porch where people can relax and there is a baby pool for children, discotheque, hummocks, badminton and Table Tennis. Children loved it. Will come back here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westend Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the food was delicious. Great location, too—everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

The service and hospitality is fab here… We have been coming here since 11 years but the place becomes better and better year after year.. This is our only place where we like to stay in Matheran.. The food here is yum.. You should try coming here and will never regret☺️

It was a pleasant stay. The food was very good and had varites. The room was clean and well maintained also. Staff was polite and pleasing manner. I don't hesitate to recommend this property for vacation planners. Overall, it was a good stay.

Choose this variant of room only. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the service was prompt. The resort also offers great recreational activities like a swimming pool and indoor games, perfect for both kids and adults. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Matheran!

Overall hotel is good. Amenities available For kids there is playing area in a good condition, swimming pool is clean, everywhere clearness is maintained. Rooms are good. We took private outside seatout room. DJ for an hour. Food is good . You can spend 2 days easily.
