Ayaan valley House

The rooms are spacious and well maintained and look similar as in photos. The owner was very cooperative and helpful. You will get a spectacular view valley view from the room. They have inverter too. Market and station is on two minutes walking distance. The suggestions to owner are 1. Clean the room frequently. 2. Taps in bathroom are leaking. 3. Some repairs in the electricity socket boards. The rates are reasonable. You must try at one to get a good experience. Will surely visit again.

True to its name it has a beautiful valley view. The host is very nice. They were immediately there to help if we had any problems. Overall a very nice experience. Very close to the station and market so no worries about anything everything is easily accessible from here.

We are visiting them for last 3 years.. perfect location. At center point of Market… Pros- 1. Good balcony view. 2. 24 hrs hot water 3. Main owner is great person 4. Comfortable for 5-6 people Cons- 1. Wifi and water is not available all time 2. Management person are very rude. They asking money even if we are given 75% in advance. 3. No cleaning in between as we stay for 2 days. 4. AC not on working conditions. 5. Everything is available nearby Earlier it was very good as owner and his father was a great person. Owner need to managing person.

The View from the hotel is excellent. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from the balcony itself. worth staying here. Spacious room and in budget property.

Had been to Matheran for the first time. What we liked about Ayaan Valley House is 1) Rooms are very spacious 2) Rooms were clean 3) Close to Market 4) Valley view from Balcony 5) Owner is very Cooperative Akhtar Bhai is very helpful & nice person. Will visit again. :)

This time our group visited 3rd time to Ayaan valley house and not a good experience this time. Very disappointed 👎🏻 Pros: -Very near to market(2-5 mins) -Rooms are specious( 5-6 people capacity) -View from room is just superb Cons : -Water wasn't available for 24 hr when we went -Hygiene is not maintained -Previous owner was good, I guess now management is changed and very bad services provided by management team -One person from management team literally came in morning(7.30. Am) to ask for remaining Money even when deposit was already paid and we were going to leave next day - Wifi , TV , AC are not in working condition * I should suggest the Ayaan valley house owner to change management coz previous owner was good and co-operative #not a good experience this time* #Not recommend*

The place is very nice talking about the rooms then rooms are very big and the view you get is very nice but rooms need to be more cleaned and tv volume was not coming they said this happens in rainy season but after all it’s a problem so that was one problem and washrooms were okay but the view which you get is something worth and rate is also good on weekdays it’s less so overall the place is good and recommended

Ayaan Valley View.... this place is the BEST not only because it has spacious rooms and a really amazing view. But the owner of the place, Akhtar. He is really very helpful and he provides one of the best customer service i have ever experienced... He will make sure you get everything you need for your entire stay and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this place if you are planning for a trip to Matheran. Also the rates are very reasonable so it was an added bonus which made me extend my stay. ☺️
