Please do not book this hotel. One of worst hotels in matheran in terms of cleanliness and service. Some people will trap the tourists from Neral railway station and make booking in these kind of hotels. Never book any hotels from neral railway station. You can directly go to matheran, wander around and only after seeing the rooms book the hotel rooms.

I kindly request everyone do not visit this worst hotel ever it is waste of money to stay here there is no cleanliness the staff are so rude there were soo many crockroches ants butterflies and even rat inside the room we have not slept the whole night all the insects have bite on my 1 yr old baby’s leg the washroom are so dirty. The agents near Neral Station are fraud they just show us the fake images . Kindly do not visit here

Waste of time and money. Service staff behaviour is so bad. Hotel rooms and bathroom is dirty and not cleaned. Wifi and Batheroom flushes also not working.

Please Dont go this hotel, my own experience is very bad, rooms r very dirty, blanckets & pillows to bad smell, windows r very dirty, Hotel Owner show you & send you good rooms photo & All, but all r fake, food qwelty okey okey, Bathroom Water also dirty, geyser very bad shape, bathrrom windows very bad, room door very bad,... My own personal experience.... Hotel owner & some marketing agent show me some good room pics & hotel pics.. But finally i enter the hotel.. My mind so distrubing..... its not professional & clean hotel, very very bad experience.. 14th july 2024

Do not book this hotel. There representative trap the tourist at the neral railway stations with fake hotel images. Please do not book any hotel from neral railway station. Visit the hotels in matheran personally, check the hotel rooms and then book. Overall, do not book this hotel as this hotel don't have proper room doors, craked windows, dirty blankets, unhygienic kitchen, dirty swimming pool water, unresponsive staff, unhygienic wash room.
