VITS Lonavala

I recently stayed at VITS Lonavala, and the experience was outstanding. The property is beautifully maintained and perfectly blends modern amenities with a tranquil environment. Unfortunately, my mobile phone is switched off at the moment, so I had to make an offline booking for the hotel. However, I was unaware of the hotel's rates when booked offline, and it turns out they are significantly higher compared to the online prices. After discussing the issue with the hotel manager, he was unable to agree to any adjustments. This situation has left me quite disappointed, as I was expecting a more reasonable rate. I kindly request that everyone book online if possible, as it offers much cheaper rates and avoids the inconvenience I experienced.

Recently arranged the VITS stay for 3 days for our friends. They had a good time there and special mention must be made about Mr Debasis among other staff who went out of his way to offer comfort and supporting service for them. Rooms are clean, hygienic and adequate. Things have improved significantly after the Mgmt change I guess. Recommended 👍

The rooms werent clean at all, the staff were very unfriendly. The rooms werent safe, people kept opening the locks whenever they wanted. Pls dont visit dis 🙏

Amazing hotel with such fast service. Loved the vibes with friendly behaviour. Do check it out if you are in Lonavala. Shout out to Tanmay and Dipanita for the breakfast service .
