The food at this property is overpriced and not prepared on-site, as it is sourced from an external vendor. Unfortunately, this led to errors in the order. Additionally, the front desk staff displayed a rude attitude, which was quite disappointing. The bedsheets provided were old, and the toilet seat was positioned uncomfortably close to the wash basin, making it difficult to use. Overall, I would not recommend this property due to these multiple issues. Do not book this hotel.

The food is very overpriced. Also it is not prepared in the hotel but is ordered from outside causing an error in the order. Also the staff at the front desk is very rude and has a very bad attitude. Not recommended. The bedsheet was very old and the toilet seat was just below the wash basin causing discomfort.

I arrived at the hotel on March 27, 2025, at 1:30 AM. Despite my booking being from 11:00 AM to the next day, I only stayed for 8 hours. However, the hotel staff insisted that my booking was for the next day, and I was asked to pay for the current day's room rent. I made the payment via PhonePe to the staff's personal phone, but this means I've essentially paid twice for the same room booking, rendering my online booking useless.

Rooms are clean. Food quality is nice & Staff behavior is good. So overall its a good stay. Good...Keep it up.

I don't know WHY they Remove Bhushan?, he was really a Nice person, this New person named SUMIT never gives the "Standard Rooms" purposely I've noticed this with many people, Maybe he has given a target to only sell the delux rooms, AND SUMIT DOESN'T LOOK CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. BHISHAN WAS WAY BETTER.
