Emerald Isle Resort, Uttan

Rooms are good sized, clean, as expected for the price. Food was good, service was good. Covered Pools was a plus. We enjoyed our time. Beach is a nice short walk away. This resort is combined with an old age home, so there is a good number of people every day on campus. So service is also good and food is simple, tasty. Prices are also affordable.

Emerald Isle Senior Living is run by a very tactless and arrogant man. My 80 yr old mum stayed there for 11 mths in a single occupancy room which wasn't cleaned daily. She was expected to line the bin herself! Shower are was overrun with ants. Room wasn't cleaned daily and the food was drowning in oil, not catered to Snr citizens. To top it all, my mum lost 42K INR within 28 days between 12/5/24 to 08/5/24. The owner and his minions kept withdrawing cash for my mother without my consent. The owner was unapologetic nor did he pull up his staff about the cash my mum lost. DON'T fall for his smooth talk, the seniors aren't given the care and attention they deserve.The owner is very disrespectful towards women. He's a nasty piece of work! All the claims posted on his site, are false when it comes to Em. Isle Snr Living! I'm relieved I got my mum out of there!

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. From the onset, Rinnet, the host, was very welcoming. She promptly replied to our queries. After we had settled down, she personally came to see if everything was in order and made our comfort a priority. The food was delicious and plentiful. At our request, she provided us with surmai fry. She and Roland are excellent hosts and provided service with a smile. Thank you, Rinnet and Roland, for making our weekend stay at your resort a very enjoyable one. God bless

The AC in the room was not working. Could not inform the staff as entered the room late night and the staff was not available. Pool could have been cleaner. But loved the privacy, food was good and perfect location.

Worst place ever! Owner, staff, place, every damn thing is so dirty and unsatisfactory. We weren't provided with the services that were promised. We were charged for villa and were given two seperate rooms. We were expected to share one AC remote in two rooms, there was one key for two locks, bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty as hell. Everything was broken. Food was not great either. This place doesn't deserve even one star rating. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody. We were clearly cheated!

A great place run by great people. The rooms were extremely tidy and the facilities were also great. Both veg and non-veg food was also very good. However, you should go here only if you're okay with other people playing loud music. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you won't get that here as the people who come here mostly want to party.
