Hotel A R Residency

I'm a hotelier and have 2 years of work experience at Taj lands end. Rooms are good and clean here no problem with that but staff and management here are very pathetic. If we extend our stay here within half nd hour reception person sends room service guy to room directly without guests concern or permission to ask how they are gonna pay the bill. Without asking guests if hotel staff coming to room for payment is not at all acceptable. It should be collected at front desk only. Worst thing is staff here don't have any manners and don't really understand hospitality.

What can I say about this place its just beyond amazing. I can say its just worth all your money the cleanliness is top notch excellent ambience interior and I must say hygiene is up to date. Staffs are okay but that doesn’t matters once you get best😊 ❤️What to think?………….just go for it guys👍

Booked room online and got a room with no windows and there was no ventilation after paying 2300 there were no soaps in washroom no dustbin in room, staff behaviour was also not welcoming and as there was no menu available in the room booked lunch from Zomato and when we requested room service just to drop the parcel doorstep as our room and reception were on same floor they refused to do it and asked us to collect it

Extremely bad rooms....dampy, without ventilation and any sort of window...management and staffs are too much casual about guest's priorities..
