The Myriad Hotel

Appalling Experience at Hotel Myriad, Our recent stay at Hotel Myriad to celebrate my husband's first birthday was an unmitigated disaster. The hotel's staff demonstrated staggering incompetence, reneging on confirmed promises and displaying a callous disregard for customer satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast we were assured of was brazenly denied, with staff claiming it would be charged instead. Room decoration was only permitted if we used their overpriced service, and the room itself was a dump – with a bathroom door that wouldn't lock and a useless air conditioning system. But the most galling aspect was the staff's utter indifference to our complaints. No apologies, no attempts to rectify the situation, just a shrug and a "not our problem" attitude. When we mentioned writing a review, they couldn't have cared less. I had hoped for a memorable birthday celebration for my husband, but Hotel Myriad turned it into a nightmare. Their ineptitude and apathy make them utterly unfit to host special occasions or even basic accommodations. Avoid this dump at all costs.Totally Ridiculous!!! Never recommended to anyone.

I had arranged my wedding guest stay at myriad hotel for two days… we had made a deal that per person will be charge and each room will be accomodated with 3 people… the hotel staff took adhar cards of everybody who visited saying its hotel policy and then charged us saying that they stayed with us.. even the guests and ladkewale who just came to visit us and to give us greetings and see if we have everything we needed..everyone who came to visit left within half an hour… there are security cameras they can check… We requested them to check their cctv cameras.. and confirm.. they refused… they were not only rude but very disrespectful… they gave me this headache on my wedding day and made a whole scene in front of guests saying you have to pay for everyone who visited as its hotel policy One of their staff named sunny was especially rude… he opposed us to go to the winkings club which is in the same building of the hotel… when asked why? he did not have any answer… he just said you cant go there… repeatedly … we asked if it has any entry fees… he kept repeating you cant just go there very condescendingly and rudely and without giving any reason.. as if he enjoyed saying no to us… I request people not to go to this hotel… very rude staff… bad hotel management…they ruined my very special day…i paid double the guests that actually stayed as they punched for each entry and exit of same guests… such people understand that there is a wedding happening so we can create chaos and earn from it…i never say this, i hope they pay for what they robbed us off

Worst experience ! My experience in myraid was so bad.I stayed at 1st floor for two days AC was not working properly rooms were so uncomfortable and congested not the way its shown on google . We were living in myraid and my daughter was living in GCC definitely GCC is way far better then myraid with good staff ,cozy bedrooms and much cheaper then myraid and till late night in myraid dj sounds was pounding in rooms so all over it was worst experience ever I suggest not to book in this hotel, we have experienced this worst scenario.

I stayed for 3 days in The Myriad Business Hotel in a deluxe room. My experience was very comfortable here. The room has a well space and was maintained properly. Also the washroom is so clean and hygienic and has a separate area to take a shower or bath. I like the window of my room which was covered with blinds but it gives me a very nice view. The room was very cozy and comfortable and I felt so relaxed there. There are only 2 things which I don't like of this hotel is - 1) They will charge you more if you extend your checkout timings. Like I gave 1500/- for 4 hours. 2) For ordering food they will not easily pick your call.

Hotel staff is very bad and talked with very harsh language....dont just see online and book the room as ypu will know truth after going in hotel....staff is very very bad...pathetic

We visited the Winkingg Owl. It has the best yummy food. We ordered a chicken spring roll, fish fingers, cheesy fries and chicken paprika sizzler. It has a very Good ambience with a good DJ. It also has a dance floor. Overall, the experience was too good.
