Food quality not good....wrong order given...staff not good....service is worstttt ....got my food order after 3 hours.dont visit here as per price worst service.

I am not trying to scare anyone but I've heard tales of this place being haunted. I did not encounter any such negatively when I visited this place and hence I won't be able to comment. I like this resort. It's a small place slightly overpriced. It has a decent pool and changing rooms outside. The rooms are decent and spacious with big balconies. I remember this place very well because this was the first resort I ever visited in my life. My best friends decided to surprise me when they came to know I love pools so they took me here and I was pretty surprised. I enjoyed that night a lot. It was in the year 2017. I am writing a review after 4 years. A lot may have changed right now. But overall, it's a pretty amazing resort.

I wish I had option to give rating in minus, ABSOLUTELY DIRTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL behavior by staff. Owner if you're reading this do something or else you'll be in a big loss. GOLCONDA'S MANAGEMENT was amazing and I visited for same reason didn't knew this business is sold to someone else. The new management is absolutely pathetic and if you complain they'll insult you.

Booked a hall and two rooms, nice comfy rooms, big spacious hall, fully A/C. Many bathrooms were available, staff was a bit slow to deliver utensils, we brought food on our own. It's a good place for a big group of friends, especially at night when no family and annoying children are available. There were two big friendly dogs, many cats and ducks etc, despite that, everything was clean. We had the pool to ourselves, it was clean and warm at night, morning, other guests brought children with them so it became annoying. Had alot of fun.

Not a good resort. Families please avoid booking this place. We had booked this place for holi party. We were around 15 people.The staff was totally inexperienced young people . We were about to change the resort after we went there, but there were two girls who spoke nicely to us and just for their nice behavior we decided not to cancel the booking . But the overall experience was pathetic. There were no experienced cooks. Some young kids handling the kitchen. Whatever we asked for,they couldn’t cook properly. For example, we asked for jeera aloo and rotis,and they gave us fried potatoes, like we get in fast food restaurants, with ketchup and roti. They were highly understaffed. We asked for tea and pakoras. The food wasn’t given on time. We asked for mixed veg . They made it so spicy, that we wasted it all. The Chana dal they made was terrible. Half boiled chana at the bottom and water on the top. All our three meals were not good. When we asked them to change the dal , they just took the dal back , grind it in Grinder, made it smooth dal and brought it back saying, that it’s new dal. As if we customers won’t know what it was! 🙄 Overall experience left a bad taste in our minds.

Great place to Chill with your friends. Really generous staff. This place has a little pool with a depth of around 5.5ft and there is a kids pool too. Would definitely recommend for a weekend if you want to get away from urban noises and mainstream crowded places.

Worst experience it's not safe at all the staff breaks and enters anytime they want to and doesn't even knock. Service is really slow and doesn't stay on their word they will deny that they confessed something and ask you to pay more. They charge extra for the pool which they don't clearly tell us before and things that you ask for will be given to you after 2 hours or more.
