Flagship Cozy Stay Kharghar

One of the worse hotels I have every stayed in. The location is not good, no parking available. They even deny tea or coffee, saying nothing is available. No soaps in the bathroom. The room was dirty and in an unhygienic condition. At night, a big goose crawled onto our bed and scared us a lot. Disappointed, didn't expect this from Oyo. Pls save yourself the nightmare of staying at this hotel.

Avoid booking this hotel. I booked it in hurry as was visiting for my child admission but rooms are absolutely mess. These 4 rooms are like open facility around a staircase with cctv camera installed in. Bed is in a corner. If someone has to goto his/her room then will walk next to your bed so zero privacy n safety. Just opposite to it is waste piles. Location is like poor mhada class. Not fit in any manner for family or for people visiting with female members. See the true picture attached. I clicked on the spot. Don't risk yourself please.. Worst part is that i requested for refund as booked room for 2 nights. There is no refund. Owner was not reachable. Fab hotel wake up...you are doing fraud in digital space without verification of hotel listed on your site.

Very difficult to locate it. No lift is available. Bath rooms are good. Even coffee and tea is brought form outside, that too in unhygienic way. Practically no restaurants are nearby. Even towel rod is not available. Needs lot of improvement.

Supporting staff, good place for budget and long stay, feel like home, not luxurious but all the things are good and in well maner condition. Smoking available,food and tea not available ( easly available nearby) but they can make for you on your request. Safety,hot water, tv, almirah, double bed (little small).

Worst experience on this. They denied to give room even after booking in Oyo. And told us to come evening. Then they gave room to someone else and told us there is no room vacant

Not at all recommended. The service was very poor, firstly it was told the room was allocated to somebody, after showing reservation they kept us waiting for almost 35 to 40 minutes by calling somebody & then the room was given. The room was supposed with attached bathroom, but unfortunately not available.

The Rooms are clean, good accommodation. The staff Mr. Amit Yadav is very helpful. Over all experience is good. :)

Clean and Tidy rooms. Hot water available 24 hrs. Staff is welcoming as well as understanding.
