Horrible service ,AC is not working properly,No drinking water provided by the hotel,Asking money twice by saying haven't received payment from OYO,No cleaning of matress,Bedsheet or towels.Breakfast starts at 10 am.Charging extra money by saying don't book hotel from any websites and book the same directly from us.

Sub standard, ac is set to one temp u can't change,tv not working, pillow, blanket not look clean and last ly they charge 1000 extra Per room in oyo website it show 2100 for 2 days but in reception they say price change and charge 3200.

Booked the room for 2 days for Rs.2800. The guy in the counter told they dont give rooms for less than 1600 per day and asked me to pay 400rs extra. And was not ready to do the room cancelation from his part and was telling me to cancel if i am not paying. And after few talks he asked me to pay 200rs atleast and i paid that since it was late at night and will be difficult to find other places. The room situation was very bad too. We checked the washroom and then lot of stains on the toilet seats which indicated they havent even tried to clean it. Also the bedsheets and pillow covers also had few stains on it and the bedsheet was torn also which obviously means they haven't changed those also. So its a straight 0 out of 10 for the cleanliness of the place.

Worst experience I felt ...I'm traveller so I book hotel mostly from Oyo app...but when I reached hotel my booking shifted to another hotel due to some reason also I paid extra payment to this hotel as shown in Oyo app, so I pay half amount then after 1 day they switched off light coz not paying full amount 😂😂... really? Hum kahi Jane Wale nahi the ..?
