No lift in the hotel. you need to go through stairs. Difficult for old people. Also cramped and passes through smoking rooms in the first floor. Rooms were neat in the second floor but neither toiletries nor water bottle. Everything to be taken. This is just a two star lodge.

Fab hotel pranava is a very popular and famous stay hotel liked by couples and traveller. The managers,Mr.Rohit,Mr.Madan and Mr.Krishna are very courteous guys who are very helpful. The rooms hygiene is Excellent and room service is very good. The food served at room is also very tasty. This is a must visit place for all fun loving guys.

Stayed in a deluxe room but it was disgusting. Bed sheet was so dirty. Everything was very dusty. Towels had large black stains. The room had more than 30 mosquitos. The bathroom seems new and not bad they provide soap and shampoo but its still not good. The rooms are burning hot (but there is ac). Staff is nice. I would not recommend it.

So, I book this hotel through Fab. The picture was different and the room was different. Rooms are too small. AC is just on the head of bed and sounds not good. No in house restaurant available in the hotel. There were too much mosquitoes in the room and washroom also. I booked for 3 night, but stay only for 1 night. The only good thing was the supportive staff.

I had stayed in this hotel for continued 5 days. It was a corporate stay. Initially I was ambiguous and not sure about the hotel quality but gradually I started liking the hotel for many reasons, like - polite and customer friendly staffs, clean and hygienic room amenities, quality breakfast. I have stayed in many 5 start quality hotels and staying in this hotel was not of much difference if you don’t need pool and gym.||||The hotel staffs Ajay and Jyoti still wishes my on all occasions and this is really a very kind service gesture by any service industry!!||||I would recommend this hotel to all looking for pleasant stay and good breakfast in a budget hotel

Rooms are okay but they are somewhat smelly. Breakfast should include more variety like fruit juice, fruits, salads etc. Rooms are so close or might be not sealed properly. Due to this TV music of nearby room can be hear in own room which disturb the room owner. Overall I will not suggest this again.
