Feedback: I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. The walls were dirty with spit marks, the entire room felt dusty and unhygienic, and the overall atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The bedsheets had visible stains and looked unwashed, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling around the room. I had chosen this hotel based on the promise of cleanliness and comfort, but what I experienced was the complete opposite. The stay was not worth the money, and I am highly dissatisfied. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your cleanliness and maintenance standards .

I have booked this hotel online on agoda. Worst experience with hotel rooms n staff. Worst hotel to stay. There are cockroaches everywhere in room. Landline connection not available. Staff are not cooperative. Did not give proper service waited for almost 1hr and still no response. Dont ever book hotel without checking room prior to booking. I would recommend not to trust its online reveiwes. I would like to give this hotel negative rating but

Please read this and see the pics Best is you go and see yourself then pay Pathetic Experience – Not Worth Your Money! The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else was an absolute disaster. 1. Terrible Service: The staff was rude and unhelpful. On the second day, when I asked for the complimentary water bottle (which is standard), they refused, saying it was afternoon and I should’ve asked earlier. 2. Dirty and Small Rooms: The rooms are tiny and infested with mice (check the photo I’ve attached). The pictures on the app are misleading—they were probably taken years ago when the hotel was new. 3. Poor Amenities: The towels were in bad condition. When I asked for a replacement, the staff outright refused. 4. Expensive Parking: They charge ₹380 per day for parking, which isn’t mentioned clearly during booking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Just like everyone said, the rooms are very filthy and tiny.. the pillows were dirty and old. The power went out, they didn't have a generator and it was hot and stifiling with no proper ventilation. Lots of cockroaches and huge rats (couldn't take a pic). The rooms stinks..

Third class property, rooms feels like did partition with plywood. So much noise from other rooms also if someone walks from your room it feels like someone walking in your room. Only reception person is good rest room service staff is highly unprofessional. Don’t recommend this hotel to any couple.

Before you deep dive into reading the review, spoiler alert. Even after so many evidences OYO has denied any responsibility and has said cant even refund your parking payment. Careless and irresponsible behaviour from OYO. 1. Room cleanliness and quality of toiletries provided. 2. Stained bed sheets, towel and human hair on the bed. 3. Undisclosed parking charges which I had to pay out of pocket even though the property manager over the conference call along with guest experience manager said that parking is available at the property. Specifically over the call this person didn’t say anything about paying for parking. 4. The hotel was infested with large rats which were seen running and playing around in the lobby visibly. Upon confronting the room service person about this he casually said “Kya kare? yaha sab kabja hai chuho ka”. This is denying responsibility casually along with no intent to make the environment safe for guests. One of the large rats even entered a room (not my room) from under the door while I was talking to the staff about it. Sadly I haven’t got any pictures for this rat issue which made me feel really unsafe all night. 5. The room was fully smelling like a cigarette bar or smoking area. Upon complaining about this to the staff they denied that it smells like a smoking room. I asked if they can change the room but no positive outcome from that either. Only thing he was adamant about was to spray room freshener. He did spray some in the room but while doing this he even sprayed some on the towel. 6. No hot water for shower on a winter morning. Cant prove this with a photo but you would have take my word for it. 7. Broken phone, I mean literally the receiver of the phone in the room was broken with exposed wiring. Havent taken a picture of this but you could find this in room no 008 which was allocated to me. 8. The hotel is located in same building as some disco so until the disco is open which is till 1:30 am your entire room will shake and vibrate. Management doesn’t care and neither does oyo, so make your own decision.

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed with how clean and well-kept everything was. The staff is another standout feature. They are incredibly respectful, friendly, and attentive to every need. Whether it was checking in or asking for local recommendations, they were always there with a smile and eager to assist. The rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect for a hassle-free stay, including a cozy bed, clean linens, and a well-stocked bathroom. The overall ambiance of the property is very welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Another highlight is the location, which is conveniently situated for easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend OYO Townhouse Vista to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

My stay was terrible. The room had a strong cigarette smell, there were cockroaches, and the AC was not working. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing
