Hotel Sarang Heritage

The experience was bad, the room was nothing like the pictures. The AC was rarely functional and fan is a table fan on the ceiling. The price was just not justified. Lastly they didn't provide me Breakfast even though I had paid for it. They said that it's not our fault the online platform adds breakfast, we never ask them to and asked me to talk to the platform from where I booked. This is such bad behaviour and absolutely unacceptable. Never should any one get a room in this hotel

Room was okay though it was nothing like it was in pics. Online platform (Fab Hotels) charged for breakfast however hotel doesn't have any kitchen of its own nor they provided it from outside. Hence money paid in advance but breakfast was not provided.

Staff is a little slow. But good service. Room cleaning was not a daily routine. Rooms were smaller in comparison. Not worth 2000/- per night. Flexible check in and check out costs a lot. Average experience. Very good for couples.

We booked this hotel for 12 person at the time of friends engagement. Hotel's have large rooms where 5-6 people can easily settled in one room. Room was neat and clean. No issue at all. Staff was friendly. But far from Vashi railway station.

This is a good place to stay . Room is small that the reason reducing 1 star. The hospitality of the place was very good greeted very well. So the pricing is high comparing to location and interior. Ac works properly. Room is clean. Also order a tali which can be improved , dahi was very sour. And rest bhaji was of chana and other i don't know the name and i didn't liked it. Overall it was good.

This room, also an Oyo room, I booked while on a personal trip to Vashi. I reached little late here and was treated in unfriendly manner by the reception. After making the payment, I was given a room at the ground floor which was very noise because of people's talk, etc. Room window opens in front of the other room and you feel like being stuffed in a box.The table inside was having left over food by somebody else. Bathroom had water leakage. Cleanliness was poor. Cigarette smell was everywhere in the air. It was suffocating. There were mosquito inside the room. Room is small,bed and bathroom were average. TV and ac were working. OYO toiletry items were not given and was forced to use a small piece of soap and shampoo pouch. Wifi was working at slower speed. In the name of breakfast, some junk food of their choice was thrown to my room in the morning. Location, if helpful to somebody, can be the only positive with this property as it is inside a housing and business area. I will consider this as poor value for money accommodation. If possible avoid it. If required pay little extra and stay in better reviewed property.

It's located in centre of the Navi Mumbai. Near by Sanpada, Turbhe, Koparkhairane and Vashi Railway Station. Easily accessible via Taxi, Auto and local bus. Hotel staff members are very humble and quick in providing services. Well maintained rooms and hygiene. Also good in budget. Rooms are specious. Free wifi. Overall had a good experience.

One of the the worst booking I have ever made. Reception guy doesn’t know how to talk with customers. The room condition was worst also it was not even properly cleaned. Walls skin were pealing off. A/C wasn’t cooling. Well I was regular customer but when asked for replacement of room they denied very roughly. Suggestion - DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL
